Must admit, seeing Kil'jaeden faltered about the strength of the Legion is tad weird considering Azeroth is the only planet that the Legion failed to destroy.
Also, it seems that the main storyline of WoW is more suitable for a single player game rather than an MMO, especially on that part where you kill N'zoth. That looks like a final battle of a 90s JRPG where your ragtag band of teenagers defeated the archevil with the help of an old NPC and a Plot Device.
And it seems that despite being one of the most popular game in the World, World of Warcraft's story still can't escape the shadow of Warcraft 3's story and characters.

A question for the community or Athel: can someone explain how Wrathion is responsible for King Varian-s death? Anduin punches Wrathion and states, -My father is dead because of you! - So, I know Varian was killed by Gul-dan while trying to buy time for his forces to retreat. I know Sylvanas is partly to blame for making the assault on the Tomb of Sargeras untenable, so I suppose she could be partially blamed although that-s a bit of a stretch. But how is Wrathion to blame?

Am I the only one who feels sorry for Kil'jaeden? He gave everything for the Legion - his people, his family, his home - all for nothing. He realised this, and actually repented before his death. Velen silently forgiving him, with his expression changing to one of him accepting his fate as Velen lays his hand on him, is actually quite touching.

I'm a bit late, but I always thinked what happend if Arthas remained a death knight, like Bolvar, I mean Bolvar is not anymore the Lich King, but as I seen he joined the Ebon Blade now leading them, I would loved Arthas to do this, I mean for me as human DK for me would be awsome lorewise.

Chapter 8 is very much the end of Warcraft lore for many (myself included) since expansions and lore after the Legion's defeat doesn't have that big and nostalgic impact on people, and we can confirm that pretty much with N'zoth being taken out via Goku blast in a single patch.

I hated illidans love for tyranda. She didn-t save him because she loved him, she imprisoned him because she knew he would be useful against the legion when they inevitably returned. Then hated him for the length he went to defeat them. I mean gtfo lol.

They should have added the final bosses like Azshara and N'zoth like a new raid for Legion and THEN end it. We coulda ended our lifes finally finishing WoW but nooooooo they had to add the otherworld and a new fight between horde and alliance
