Wouldn't have stopped the game if the Jailer won. The lore makes no sense.
The Jailer had such a godly plan and took ages to put it in execution, he controlled everything and everyone from the Lich King to Sylvanas ALL SO THAT devs make him do an absurd mistake (mistake that makes no sense) at last (not invading Zereth Morthis) just so the game remains a copy of one of those Childish Disney Movies where villains always lose and nice people always win.

I can see where this plot is going, bleh. ok new plot time! Jailer wins, remakes the cosmo's we all end up back at lvl 1 in a massive raid back in BC fighting Hogger because no one really expects him, no, it doesn't make much sense but neither does the current plot and at least Hogger is amusing.

they really expected us to be happy seeing sylvanas waking up like a hero who will change things? 100% out of touch, this lore makes no sense, shadowlands would be better if it was not the after life but just a world like draenor, wild creatures and diseases on after life makes no sense

Blizzard or the people who came up with Shadowlads didn't know what to do with it. This does not feel like the afterlife and to many things are messy, confusing and convoluted. Just doesnt feel like it's part of Wow epic story, seems like a fan fiction.

i'm like 90% sure we're going to see Arthas while fighting Anduin when we get sucked into the sword. JUST like the fight with the Lich King in ICC. we fight arthas inside and try to reason with him and redeem his soul.

Man, if the whole of shadowlands was like this, the jailor wouldn't be such a bland hero. If he would be there in the whole story, in every zone, explaining what he's about, the story wouldn't be as bad as it is now.
