Im wary of following made up and trendy workouts from YouTube and Instagram like the star crunches. Some of these workouts dont have the right technique or form and you can actually hurt yourself doing them.

I mean she does more than just crunches. so I'm gonna try 100 crunches a day as well as my usual workout and then I'll edit and say if I got any kind of an lol

Imagine a teenager doing this. teens bodies are so easily moldable, so even if we just did 20 crunches a day for 2 weeks we would get like the same results.
