The concept of people getting fired over making silly content is so weird to me, like I would get it if it's in any way interrupting their work or they're being racist/homophobic or whatever else because it's not a good look for the company and you wouldn't want someone like that working for you, but if it's just a thing they do on the side for fun why is it such a big deal? Like, if you tell your boss you play golf with a friend group on the weekends as a hobby you wouldn't get fired lol.
