I think it's gonna be street level. But the entirety is gonna be set on Battleworld New York. As in a brand new day after Doomsday. And Sadie Sink as Mayday daughter of Peter 2. Who reawakens his memory to the fact he's on Battle World. While searching for her own dad. She gives up. I'm just hoping we please get a reference to his SHIELD agent parents. Also Cindy Moon was around since Homecoming. She was not back for Far From Home. Meaning she was not blipped and thus five years older. But she works for Kingpin with much more experience than Spider-Man. Mayday vs Silk.
Kingpin is then alerted that the three Spiders are coming for their guest. Revealing Defenders Spider Supreme (with the cape that Defenders Strange noticably didn't bring. He's also older just like the Strange from Peter 2's universe.
Kingpin sends the multiverse sinister six:
Peter 1's Scorpion with Hammer Tech.
Chameleon the bus driver. With a shield face mask now. Imitating an Avenger most of the film.
Toomes with an actual wing suit that Mayday recognizes as the Vulture from Spider-Man 4 that never happened.
Mysterio with the same fish bowl suit but is revealed as Raimi's Pizza Poppa.
Molina Doc Ock but with the tentacles from the Peter 3 universe.
And Hobgoblin Ned Leeds leading.
Venom remembers everything too but only as Venom Eddie Brock is just hella confused all film. Ned reveals there's another Group led by the other Goblin. The Dark Avengers. Peter 2 is left for Secret Wars. As we know he ain't gonna make it out of that film.
ULTIMATES Peter 3 is revealed at the end called by Cox Daredevil. Having been fighting since he showed up as he realizes only certain people remember the real version of their universe. Anchor beings Mayday confirms. Herself being one and Peter 3 being one. Peter 1 realizes that means his universe has someone here too. And they go looking for those anchor beings at the end. Leading to Secret Wars.
An entire story in New York with all the stakes of BattleWorld all the rogues just existing. And Peter even without his memory was fighting for the little guy. But is dragged into the Multiversal war going on around him because he's that guy too.

I'll be honest, I really hope that this spiderman movie doesn't go the multiverse route. Spidey is at his best when he is having relatable, human, street level struggles. He's the hero that anyone should be able to see themselves into, but all this god level multiverse stuff kind of undermines that to some extent. He isn't your friendly neighborhood spiderman anymore, he isn't a normal young dude struggling and fighting to do the right thing, he's a beast on the levelof gods fighting to protect the universe, never mind the streets New York.
With everyone having forgotten him, it's THE opportunity to have him start fresh. He doesn't have the support of a multi billionaire, or an overpowered Wizzard, or the boss of the biggest secret military organization, . now he's just a normal dude having to do his stuff with whatever he has at his disposal. Use this opportunity and show us the emotional and relatable spiderman that we all know and love

I think it makes perfect sense for Spider-Man not being in doomsday, i mean the Avengers who are gonna appear in doomsday are the team that Captain Wilson would gather which would include heroes he fought along side before, like captain marvel, doctor strange, war machine and new ones like shang chi, ms marvel, shuri Black panther etc. But even if Sam remember fighting Thanos alongside Spider-Man right now he is considered a suspected murderer of mysterio, so why would Sam take in a random vigilante into the team and this could make brand new day a Street level film but we might get to see Spider-Man being pulled into the battleworld in the brand new day post credits thus including him in secret wars, where he plays a bigger part in the story.

Man it's amazing having so many Canadian Lad videos these days, especially with the Born Again videos, Doomsday news and Spider-Man 4 theories!
If they can pull off Spider-Man: Brand New Day as a street level story, then no matter how grounded it's made, it will definitely make the big money. In your previous video where you explained why this movie being Multiversal is good for us, you explained about the Avengers Sandwich Effect, and I think that alone can carry this movie to unimaginable heights even if it is completely grounded. Also after No Way Home, many people actually started appreciating Tom Holland's Spider-Man more than before and I think the general fan base will only be more hyped from now on!

I hope they take the core idea from Brand New Day (Aftermath of OMD which was adapted in NWH, peter is single now, barely has a life as Peter Parker and is single) but doesn't directly adapt the source material instead uses that to expand Spider-man's world. I really wanna see Firestar and Iceman, maybe kingpin with a daredevil cameo, and PLEASE have Scorpion and Shocker show up again. I just want a Shocker cameo, just the beginning scene I NEED TO SEE A FULL SHOCKER COSTUME. It would be cool if kingpin is the big bad but he is more in the background and pays for/makes Scorpion's suit for him to fight Spider-man. also adding in the Amazing Friends would be a great way to soft launch the X-men

as much as i love mcu spider-man movies, one thing i didnt like about is arc, i that they kept him to ''young'' for to long. he was always figuring things out. even after 3 feature film and multiple apperances in other mcu titles. i just think it was kind of dumb. i know he was still in high school. but he was spider-man for several years (2 or 3 at the end i think. and if you dont know what your doing after that long, its not that appealing.

Add to that the fact that this is being directed by the same guy who made Chan Chi or whatever the name was. The movie that made no sense, was awful, and its story kinda mocked the Iron Man storyline.

I just love how much The Canadian Lad has grownnot only in terms of content quality but as a creator too. I recently watched one of the older videos, and comparing it to this one, the difference is incredible. It might seem obvious, but I just want to take a moment to appreciate how much effort he puts into every video. Keep making those 0. 25x speed breakdowns, and love you, our Canadian Lad! I just hope they finally pay off Michael Mando’s Scorpion in this film.
Also, if they’re thinking about Mr Negative, I’d love to see either a team up between him and Kingpin, or a rivalry between the two. Either way, a cross between the two would definitely lead to spider man and daredevil meeting in the suits for the first time.

Well to be fair, it doesn't need to connect to the 2 big avengers movies, remember when Antman 2 didn't really connect to the story of infinity war and endgame besides the end credit scene Also, in same logic, the first Captain Marvel.

I just want a street level Spidey film with him swinging through New York and stopping criminals and bad guys, similar to what we got with the Tobey and Andrew Spider-Man. No Avengers, no aliens, and please no multiverse. just street level Spider-Man. But I wouldn't mind a Daredevil cameo

Even with the film being named after the comic book of the same name, I reckon the direction might be Spider-Man teaming up with Daredevil against the Kingpin depending on what Sadie Sink's role will eventually be since it's street-level. What do you think

When they erased MJ's and Pete's wedding in the comics, I checked out. From there, it was only stories on how they wanted to make Spider-Man miserable. It still seems like the comic hated Spider-Man.
