I m currently re-watching this movie and i notice that at 1: 20: 10 of the movie when the daughter of landlord comes in peter breaks a sweat on right of his forehead. May be because his spider-senses aren't working and someone entering his room suddenly shocks him to the level he is sweating in the fear of losing his secret identity as spiderman although he has stopped being one for a long time. Just mine observation and theory.

I don't know if this was a detail, but when he was jumping from the roof when he was shouting, he was back he fell down and took a hard hit and physically if an average human did this, they would be in much more injuries so this must mean peter still has durability and strength.

I Found one more detail, Remember the guy in the elevator who Did Ask Where did you found the spiderman suit, the same guy was travelling in the train which spiderman saved.
