all the cs has something special. for me the Source will always be my fav, 1. 6 its a masterpiece, condition zero for single player, CS GO the one who started the new era and the CS2 the one who made play cs new gen again

And modding community is still active after those days. You still can mod almost everything you've ever thought about. From weapons from other games like CrossFire or cod. To many shitty stuff like a banana deagle =)

Wow man. Almost Seems like yesterday I was playing CS 1. 3-source at the Internet cafes with my friends in middle/high school, while listening to Korn, LP and deftones. I cherish those times deeply. -

The biggest problem post-1. 5 is the loss of speed after you jump and the lack of aim when you're in the air. Those two prior to 1. 6 allowed you to have a lot of fun and added to the skill ceiling

I used to play till 3am comfortably most nights and some of the aussie servers we had this WC3 mod with hookshots. Could wait to get home from school and dialup and complain about my lag.

Last time I played Counter strike was when they had just released Counter Strike source. Still looks like the most interesting version to play! :) So I played it almost 20 years ago.

I don't understand why people hate CZ. It was a good game no cap. Although source was better. It just doesn't deserve the hate it gets, is what I think.

I-m bummed this goes straight from the Half Life mod to CS 1. 0 retail. What about 3. 3 and 3. 6 beta? Those were the glory days, especially on Assault.

Let's be honest, the older artstyle choice is better. The overly clean and colorful abomination that is CS go and will become cs2 have no appeal
