Anyone who's been exposed to more technical, more dynamic fighting games will quickly pass on tekken. Other top fighters, namely Street Fighter, KoF and MK/Injustice have advanced impressively in their latest installments; but the relic that is tekken just can't seem to evolve, furthermore many combos can be done simply by hitting 1-button, and the nearly -instant-kill- rage art moves are just laughably broken. Instead of a supplying a proper fighting engine, matches in T7 seem to rely heavily on -who can get their rage move off first-. So many elements of the gameplay don't even require any sort of skill. In my book, slow motion over and over again also gets old very quickly. And in the end, it's more of a novelty or gimmick rather than an actual, thought-out fighting game mechanic. But hey, the casual crowd will be pleased!
If you want something a little more -button-masher-friendly,- tekken might be your cup of tea.... Key word, might.

I love the rage art. its a fun game mechanic that i enjoy using, the slow motion cam at a close defeat of a ahcraatcre is also marvellous, however i i miss the classic 8 0r ten characters arcade mode where you beat the game and get an ending, the story mode is unfulling and the main story for the whole game fell flat which is sad considering how great the live action blood vengeance movie was

So the season pass will come with 3 new characters, bunch of costumes and new modes? 3 characters, are you friggin kidding me? Or will there be more, just announced? Charging for DLC characters in a game like Tekken would be a joke as it completely overrides their previous statement of releasing 'free' characters over the months on Tekken Tag 2.

Am i the only one to experience long loading times? I see no one online complaining about it, but i think the loading times on ps4 are too long, even loading combats, i wanted to play fight after fight like in tekken 6 ghost battles, without have to wait like 15-20 seconds between each combats

What does that star button mean? It's been years since I played tekken and now I'm happy it's back AND on pc!! I didn't play the 6th one but I know the storyline of it. But it's like 6-7 years since I played tekken 5. And I can't remember if that star button is there or not :p

Bring back the character select screen straight after losing makes the game look shit all because I have to start from scratch with a different character you have to go back to title screen which is wank

havent played tekken since tekken 5...didnt know what was happening then dont know whats happening now all iknow is its pretty badass

no survival or team battle,arcade is 3 fights then boss and thats it,dont see how im still gonna play this 2 months from now
