The only 2 things I don't like about this game is there is no voice acting for all the lines. And the tutorial screen is really bad. They make you read blocks of texts and by the time you the whole bloody thing you forget what you're doing in the first place, they should just guide you through the menu by highlighting everything. Especially weapon stats those weren't even explained. Like I have this weapon that has a ton of damage but has negative affinity I have no idea what afinitty is. My weapon also apparently has has impact phyl type (I'm using the charge blade) I don't what that means either.

Another thing I would like to know is it a type of game where when naming my characters I have to worry about -name already in use- or -name already exists or being used- or can I pretty much have the freedom to name them whatever I want ? Like in most MMOs (example: Defiance) always constantly coming up with -name already in use-. always had to get super creative and extra unique

Here is the MOST important thing to know. It is mapped for a console controller not PC. Capcom have given zero thought to this for the PC. I flat refuse to play lazy efforts like this. It revolves around combos, think triangle, triangle, R1 type console play. This is as far from a PC game as you will likely see. Pretty sad that they made it this way for the PC.

Any reason why I can-t play with my friend? We both finished the first 2-3 quest. And it allows me or him to invite each other BUT every time it-s loading it never puts us in the same game even though it said he joined the lobby. But can never start a quest with him. Confused. Bought this game for us for co op play and can-t even do it yet.

Today is my first time playing monster hunter world..all i can say is the graphics and the world itself makes you feel like you are really hunting.. But the difficulty? I think MHGU did better in making you feel how difficult it is to be a hunter.. But i love them both :)

I just bought the game's digital edition, i am really intimidated by the inventory UI, i think it has a bad design. Every item seem similar, its presented by a small logo. It's hard to deal with. Also this is reminding me of Witcher 3, but more complex and better

Never played monster hunter.. im more of a Diablo or Dark Souls kinda guy.. playing BOTW right now.. I don't like your weapons break and combat is boring to me.. no builds either. is Monster hunter good?

I've never played a MH game in my life. But I ordered the Iceborne steelbook edition, and it's arriving today. I suspect I'm going to lose a LOT of hours slaying this beast, pun intended.

my first mh game was MH generation. soo im not much of a veteran. but im soo glad that the scoutfly is a mechanic. i always forgot to bring my paintball at the previous games
