I just happened to come back to this video that I watched back in 2018, the one thing that made me -Know- I watched it is my -Like- and then my own -Comment- ... Soooooo Yeah ...
Huh, this was a dangerous direction they took with COD during BO4, and now? The campaigns are once again THE Best thing about a COD title. MW2019 had an incredible singleplayer experience with the return of Captain Price, BO Cold War returned to a -True- BO story, Vanguard on the other hand I am yet to experience it but from what I saw the story is going to be a BLAST! Those 3 CODs that followed BO4 have a story me and many want to buy the game for ... Because I cannot see myself playing BO4 without having a campaign to go back to it after having fun with MP and Co-Op

Honestly I think they could-ve done both very very well. This is a triple a company making huge games they-ve done it in the past and they could and should do it again. I-ve seen smaller stand alone companies do better than this and I really think that something can and should be done here. They are only focusing on business giving the players a little of what they want cause they-ve noticed the trend but that-s only because they don-t wanna get caught up in the bad publicity. This is a way of minimizing effort and maximizing profit. Copy and paste the unpopular extremely lucrative stuff and shift a couple things make it a little better to stand out and give them preference. They can do better than this. DONT BE CONVERTED

After the bad campaign in BO3 i was hoping to see a real continuation for BO1 & 2 but Treyarch have got me down, i agree the MP and ZM look great (not everything in the MP) because they focus on them more and i do love to play them but i waited for a year (from 2017 when i play BO3) to see a better BO story. Anyway if what happened this year mean they make the MP and ZM better and return to make a great campaigns i'm okay with it and now i can't wait to see what other fantastic and amazing campaign Infinity Ward are cooking, they are my favorite COD studio

I know I'm a late to the party but hopefully you guys will see this anyway. BO4 aren't doing anything Rainbow Siege didn't do. They used to be have a campaign too and then just completely got rid of it for stand alone multilayer, however that game is commended on this. You can't merit one and then hate on the other. I for one am not pleased that either game got rid of their campaign and don't think Rainbow Siege deserves it's praise but I can see the similarities and how this has come about

no complains about multiplayer but their is a thing in single player mode, and that is, it makes you special, that feeling of being in control over something which makes a player feel good and that is the most important thing because i am playing so that i can be entertained. just imagine if you're having a bad day and you play multiplayer online and you just can't get into it and you perform worst. instead of feeling okay, you feel bad even more not just to yourself but to everyone.

As far as Black Ops is concerned I really do not care. The last one I played was the original. A campaign to this day I have not finished. The multiplayer however I almost finished and had some real fun with. Two and Three I never touched because it was drifting too far from the source material. See I am still waiting for Call of Duty: Vietnam to exist. Which would have to have a campaign regardless. Plus it sounds more interesting than being shot by a camping twelve year old.

I wasn't going to buy Black ops 4. I didn't really like the last few call of duty games. wwii didn't play yet so idk, I'm sure I'd like it tho. Back to my point, I red boxed the games because I didn't know what it was going to be like and just wanted to try it. I tried it, liked it, and I'm now in front of the GameStop pro edition of Black ops 4. I would have liked a campaign but I'm ok without I guess. I liked this one enough without one to buy it

I can answer this question the multiplayer Is not the main part of the game so by doing that they have severely damaged their reputation as a good game because they gave us this garbridge If they have given us a campaign there would be a main reason for the game and it would actually make sense now it's not and therefore it won't it would have been better and when a kept some of their fans end of story because there's no arguing against that

So I pay $60 for a game that was designed for me to dump more money into it when I don't get anything in return other than wasting time and money.... I don't get it. what's the point? if there is a game that has a good storyline I will play it over and over again because I am enveloped in this character I am emotionally attached to that character/storyline/game. online gaming could go away tomorrow and I would not care

BO4 maybe about the specialists being wanted by the government. For some reason how Woods got involved and targeted by the government and had to hide his identity? If you saw -Power in Numbers- trailer, slow down at 0x25 there are pieces that the Campaign and how the government is after for these specialists.
Edit: I had to fix grammar.
