I mean, do you honestly believe everything Rockstars says? Everything Rockstar claims?
See, Rockstar Games may have developed alot of succesful games which makes them quitte popular.
Alot of people has bought atleast 1 of their games. Most people have even more then just 1 of their games.
And Rockstar Games realizes that too. They know they've made succesfull games and made hella money with it.
But with that, it also seems to me that they've developped a massive ego along with it.
They think they can do whatever the hell they want and get away with it just because they have a big and popular name (Rockstar Games)
Which makes them... What the word for it? Abusive? Power Hungry? anyways... i think you get what i mean.
Also, they seem to be able to twist a situation in such way that people (including some of those judges) fall for it. Buy into it.
Because i myself DO see similarities between the real Lindsay Lohan and the version they put in the game (the blonde girl holding a phone and the piece sign)
Same goes for the one with Cypress Hill claiming that CJ looks like him. I'm actually pretty sure that those 2 characters are based off it but Rockstar Games just denies it
Which makes them manipulative.
For example... It's like, they based a certain character in the game off of a celebrity, like Cypress Hill or Lindsay Lohan
but when those notice it and file a complaint about it, then Rockstar Games is just plain lying to not only them but also to themself and denies it completely.
It's actually pretty logical when you think about it and it happens alot when someone or some company becomes famous and popular.
It gets to their head and get a massive ego.
Simply put:
Rockstar Games is a popular name that has developed many succesful games (for that, i'll give them credit)
but they are not affraid to use that to their advantage in situations like with some kind of lawsuit
And the only reason why they win most lawsuits is because (and you can like it or not) they know how to twist a certain situation that people actually fall for it. Buys into it. Not me though.

hot coffee one is so dumb, going through the game files is not something a vast majority of gamers do and moders and stuff use it to make the game better or more interesting and i thik the lawsuit would make devs think twice about whats in the files delaying shiet even longer

I like rockstar , because they are not give a damn about people opinions , and they not support lgbt , like 50 % videogame developers , in their games , they have a real strong man main character, not a weak fool , rockstar is a best developers right this moment

gta6 will probably get sued for taking to long to be realised, and in the same time for using guns... and gta5 (joke incoming) will get sued for being the first game to be out for 3 different console generations... all of them the playstation..

what people should be suing rockstar for is the trashcan netcode and artificial difficulty gta 5 has on top of their players' privacy not being taken into consideration, this expensive AAA game gets your IP leaked to all sorts of sweats
