EA is supposedly underperforming. They say things are bad, but how? And why exactly is it a serious problem? Let's look at the financials! Stonkish: The deal with this is simple. Their share holders and investors doesn't demand for them to make profits, they demand the profits to be higher than the year before. They are continously chasing a goal that can't be achieved of doing even better and better every year. They won't settle with getting some of the money, they want all the money and even more. And this will be the fall of the AAA gaming industry. They can still do well with one game release, but in the eyes of the investors it's a dissapointment since the game didn't sell enough based on their
expectations. BF5 sold pretty well, aprox 7.3 million copies, despite the nightmare'ish PR campaign and the backlash from the fans and the community. 7.3 million is good, but it wasn't enough and it underperformed and dissapoint their investors. They will flame out or crash and burn eventually.

Greed! That is a simple fact. EA as a publisher is lost in profits and stock value over the quality of a product that shouldn't be rushed. Single player didn't hurt the delivery of the game and the BR scene is dying down because the market is overly saturated with BR modes. I personally don't care for them. What hurt the game is not dedicating enough people on the team to produce the content in a reasonable time period. Instead these companies cut staff and push for unreasonable timelines. Loot boxes are garbage and should only be in free to play games. When you pay for a premium AAA game you should get everything with the game.

Why is EA underperforming? Because consumers in the gaming community are starting to make their voices heard with their wallets. Loot boxes, not something we want. Pay to win, not something we want. Pay to progress, not something we want. 2019 I feel is the year of the consumer. The year that we as gamers tell the industry that we don't actually want buggy releases, loot boxes, or pay to win crap.

Yea well what did they expect when they chose to side with the SJW's that don't even play the game nor are intending to play it.Serves them right, maybe next time listen to the real gaming community who actually pay and support the game.

EA reports they are underperforming because they are out of touch idiots who oversold their future to investors.
I'm not sure who should be more pissed off, consumers or investors. Either way EA needs to go.

In a time where we are flooding with online multiplayer and in need of good campaigns again... They blamed their failures on their focus on the campaign LMMFAO. You do you EA, you do you hahaha!

If EA's name is on any game at all going into the future you immediately have to question its quality. At this point, it will most likely be a very bad game.
