If they don't have the ability to ban an ip address which bans that guy completely then they shouldn't be in charge of banning people. Tech personnel at ISPs won't give you a new IP address unless they can see your traffic while on the call with you to see if someone is trying to ddos or hack you. They absolutely refuse so it's not something that they will allow typically.

Im surprised the turrent gun glitch from division 2 wasnt mentioned in this list... thousands of people got their characters rolled back to earlier save file dates .... i think it was around 2-3 weeks of game progress rolled back? ....just for using the glitch to boost gun damage...
it upset lots of people back then when it happened...

If u cheat on cod u just suck at all video games. I got 3 kd and I play the game once every four months and always pop off. Cod takes less skill than overwatch and dig dug. I genuinely struggle more on dig dug
