You forgot Devil Daggers. That game is made for masochists. It literally has 1 achievement and you need to survive 500 seconds. That's right just 8 minutes and 20 seconds. Considering that just about everyone knows the game is tough as nails. Only 0.2% of the Steam players have actually managed to get the achievement. That makes it just about 500 people in the world.

The Sekiro challenge of fighting Emma, Fire Ishin, Dad Owl, and Demon of Hatred is so goddamn hard. It's not even comparable to the other challenge that was mentioned. Demon of Hatred is ridiculously broken and fighting any other boss on top of it is just crazy hard. I'd rather fight any combination of bosses in that game then have the Demon of Hatred in the lineup.

Wow! The God of war 2 gave me PTSD.
Not sure if it was mid game but there was a certain part that I needed to protect some dude and take him to a book.
Took me more tries than i wish to admit but somehow after hours of trying I managed to beat this shit and the game and possibly the controller.

The beautiful thing about hard mode in sekiro, no Kuros charm, isn't just increased damage. It actually requires improved mechanics because you can't block anymore without taking damage from it. This is much better than games that just increase difficulty by increasing damage taken. That is just tedious

Aww... That's not what I thought the premise of this was going to be.
I thought this was gonna be, like, skills, weapons, or abilities that seem useless to most players, but the hardcore players know that they're actually the best.
That would have been, frankly, a much more interesting video. lol

The only time I completed every single thing was with Halo 3. Got all the armor and achievements. Fun thing is I was just a kid back then. Good times, a time where you had to work hard to look cool instead of buying skins from your parents money.

I spent nights on getting the vidmaster achievements for recon armor in halo 3. It was a difficult path but the reward was so worth it when everyone kept asking me for help to the challenges or if they asked where I got the armor from.

In Halo 3 you don't need to get all the trophies for the Katana. if you have 90% or more you are good and for the EOD
If you want to cheat, you just need to clear the last 3 missions on legendary -
