Risk of rain 2 has an Easter egg. In the void area you oblidrate yourself there are floating islands in the distance. If you can reach them it's and island of colored Easter eggs. If you go to the even further floating island, the eggs are even bigger! That's it, just some Easter eggs on floating islands in a void. Kind of a funny take on Easter eggs.

in portal 2 when you escape wheatley's trap he tells you to stop and come back. if you actually do come back he states that the trap cannot be reactivated and desperately tries to convince you to jump into a hole near the trap. if you decide to jump you will hear wheatley relieved that it actually worked and you also get get an achievement

Man, and I thought the Serious Sam 4 football match thing was a fever dream. I encountered that secret by accident on my first playthrough and laughed so hard I dropped my mouse on the floor (mouse is okay)
