I played the system shock demo and honestly the original played better. The original buttons are crazy, but they are also crazy in the new demo too. In the new one you have to click on stuff and to click on it you have to press A (on a controller) and you have be looking pixel perfect at what you're clicking on to pick up things and looking at stuff and click on stuff takes the same thumb so you have to look, then click, realize you missed, nice the thing back to the stick, then back to the A button to click. It's tedious. In the original it's easier to click on stuff because of its much simpler graphics. Hopefully they fix that in the full release.

We could have a custom character driven deep skyrim style rpg based in middle earth, but no we get a game about a character noone ever asked to play as. What a likeable fellow amiright? Murdered his brother over a ring, lived in caves eating raw fish and murdering goblins, tried to murder an adventurer, snitched out an entire town of people to die, and then tried to betray the only person to ever show him kindness in the end

journey truly touched me in the deepest of my being, only played it once to nnot lose that feeling, but it really touches your emotions and senses so great, its tha game that brought me back to single player games/indies from the overload of multiplayer games i was playing, Journey is my greatest gaming experience emotionswise and everyone will have a different experience bec its so abstract

Yeah i know it's all everyone is thinking about right now but Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is my most anticipated for May because Breath of the Wild was already and still is the best game on Switch full stop so i'm really excited to mess around in that world again (time to fuse 2 swords together and go WILD)

It's ridiculous how despite a last gen console like the ps5, game studios still insist on making cartoonish looking graphics. It's like they know they aren't capable of fully exploit the new gen consoles, which is pathetic. All these games that look like cartoons are just an admission of defeat.

The reason rockstar haven t dropped an announcement yet is because gta online is still so profitable. The don t want to be tied to a date because they can t foresee how long they can milk it for. The quickest way we will get gta6 is when people stop playing gta5 all together.

love how Tears of a Kingdom wont be impactful as the previous, but id be one of the great sequels.
love how it added more sandbox aspect it adds players freedom, fusing objects and materials as weapons and the makeshift vehicles reminds me of Spore.

System Shock was a welcome one just in time after RE4 Remake, for survival horror fans, and bioshock fans now that Judas an upcoming game from Kev Levine is coming 2025.
again, thanks for the list for upcoming games next month.

A few gems in May and I ll already be busy with Jedi Survivor. Also your Tears of the Kingdom breakdown hit on a couple points that the dedicated Zelda tubers seem to have missed. You may get the last laugh and I m hoping for that.

Not a fan of the aesthetics they went with on System Shock, that standard lighting on Unreal is just ugly and unrealistic
But if it manages to be as good as 2 was, its a must play

Well May doesn't have much for me. except maybe System Shock? And Warhammer 40, 000: Boltgun. LotR Gollum and Redfall I'm iffy about so I'll wait for reviews and throw those on the backlog.

Not even hating on the selection, I am thankful I am not trying to get games this month to let me catch up a bit before what is an absolutely massive month for me, June.
