I guess Far Cry is just going the route of Ghost Recon and The Division, which isn't good. - I just want a standalone Far Cry game that isn't 7 but just something in its own right. Perhaps hearkening back to the first one by Crytek a bit, with the monsters and whatever, perhaps even a remake of that (cause it wasn't really that good of a game and perhaps too ambitious. But not the endless Oh, I'm on an island trying to defeat this psychotic villain. trope that has happened since the third (and to some extent even the second) game. - I'm actually more interested in the likes of Primal, and perhaps they could just set it in different periods like they've of course done with the Assassin Creed games. - I'm sure Primal isn't that interesting because it doesn't have the same kind of action, with guns and explosives and cars and all that, so perhaps they could move it up to more modern times, but not like contemporary modern-day. - I don't know, something original anyway, an interesting setting for potentially an interesting story, while also making for good action.

Ubisoft isnt a game developer in my eyes. They're just a corporation doing whatever they can to make money. And it's been that way for well over a decade now imo. I remember back when i got a playstation for the first time people were hyping up ac so much.
And i played syndicate first. It was kinda cool. Then i played black flag which gameplay and explorationwise was great but at the same time you can really feel how the game was nowhere near its full potential. Playing through that game i felt like every creative decision was changed in some way or altered several times by a bunch of executives. Every single ubisoft game ive played has cool elements in it but is an incoherent mess as a whole. And i think that's because the company at its core has never put making good games at the forefront. Its always been money first.
Literally the only ubisoft game in which i felt like the devs were actually allowed to be free and creative was the original beyond good and evil. And that was a lifetime ago. And the sequel imo looks like shit.

I hope there will be a nice Gears of War collection, cause. sadly, while I was interested, I never ended up playing them. At least the first, which I almost jumped on, because it was on PC, but then the second and third were strictly X360-only and I never had an Xbox, so. It honestly also kinda put me off of wanting to get into the first one. I mean, there WAS a story to it, so I figured if I couldn't play through the trilogy, basically, I wasn't going to bother. - Granted, the multiplayer-mode seemed fun, and I could've just played the campaign of the first only, but it just seemed like it would be incomplete so I didn't bother, and that's their loss as well. - These days, it's pretty much guaranteed it will be on PC, so. I suppose it would be like that Halo-collection that came to PC as well and that's already years ago. I don't care about Halo, though.

Let's talk about the fact that the only developers that you can trust are the worker OWNED companies.
Every big corporate joint just treats their employees and costumers like trash, they don't even like games, and usually have outright contempt for real gamers, these are the political elements in gaming right now.
We need to make a collective effort to support worker-owned game dev COLLECTIVES. The types of game devs who won't release cynical, unfinished slop designed to just drain whales.
Literally the only ones who can be trusted are the ones who share ownership/decision-making in their corporate structure, otherwise you get slicked back hair, coked up wall street type assholes making desicions. I don't know about you but I REALLY don't want that.

If you any one actually reads this comment I have been part of one of the QA teams that has worked on the THPS 3 4 Remaster for the last few months. We have been working around the clock to help Iron Galaxy polish the game as much as possible. I aint gonna spoil any thing for you THPS fans but I think yall will enjoy it if you played THPS 1 2 and liked it. I did some work on the THPS 1 2 port for the Microsoft's cloud gaming app and I can confidently say the new game is better than the first remaster.

Their last game was BMX XXX Ohhh that’s a sad game for that company to go out on. They did Tenchu. The moment I used the grappling hook I got on the World Wide Web and told someone in the industry if they can do this they could make a spider-man game he responded positively and then Activision announced Spider-Man. I’m not sure if you can go back and get that sense anymore since we have Spider-Man games and that was Pre-Spider Man where that mechanic felt very new with lots of potential.

Ubisoft just needs to invest more in their current live services and focus on single player experiences. Good games fund subscriptions not specifically live service ones. I want more for honor and siege and division. Not turning far cry into the division or whatever other ip they decide doesn't need to exist for its fanbase anymore. I'm tired of them not doing what we praise in the few years they do good and thinking we want something else.

1: 07 - This is the kind of crap that really puts me off, whenever the character pulls a giant sword or axe out of their ass and swings it around like it's nothing, with your typical stances and all that crap. - I get that it really excites a certain group of gamer-nerds, but to me it's just the same generic crap over and over again. - Once I saw that, I was out. I just - don't - care.

This episode of gaming news really helped me. I was trying to find the STYX game because I didn't remember the name. I just had some snippets in mind: the main character was something like a creature, not exactly human, and the gameplay was like Assassin's Creed and Pop, at least in the part where you climb buildings a little bit stealthily. Finally bought it. TY.

These developers need to stop making their worlds look better and focus on making their characters look better. If one thing the gaming industry failed at I t’s realistic, looking characters. There’s only a handful of games that actually achieve this. It’s very immersion breaking when the world looks real, but the people look like potatoes.

5: 40 They probably aren't including him just to try and keep away from the dumpster fire. Unfortunately he's been on a MASSIVE downward spiral, and it's been a very problematic issue, with his mental health decreasing continuously. It's unfortunate because of his impact on skating history, but it is what it is.

I'm gonna be honest, I'm still wanting some THUG remasters. I sucked at the THPS mainline titles, (Would dominate in Test Drive, Demolition Racer, Road Rash, and NFS: Hot Pursuit) But those games with just over the top stunts, mmm, bring back those care free times while blasting some Kid Rock and Offspring.

Despite everything that has happened, I am still a fan of Bam and hopefully he does get included in the 3 4 remake. He was a big part of me getting into the THPS games and that era of skating in general! Even with the changes, I hope the game is very solid and bangin with the soundtrack!

Man I like Bam too. I never knew him through the Tony Hawk games (even though I loved them) but through Viva La Bam and always wanted to see him skate more. Love seeing him get back to it and just saw him and Tony Skating a half pipe and it was old man stuff but great to see

I think Tony Hawk's Underground was peak and if they decided to do something more along those lines but with a more modern style, it would go over VERY well. Especially for not only fans of the series, but those who are fans of skateboarding and sports games in general.

I love map markers. Imagine playing Skyrim or Oblivian without map markers I don't have time for that! I have a life, I have a job, I have a family, I have a house and yard to maintain.
I have ZERO time to explore an Open World that has no direction for me.

I have been playing since the first game as well i just hate the idea of giving thps 4 a time limit i prefer having freedom n a 2 minute time limit is restrictive and the original never had it so it makes no sense to add it

Jake Baldino are your ancestors from Italy Your last name sounds like it. I am only asking because when Mafia The Old Country comes out, you should really put on an Italian American gangster accent when reviewing that game lol

This whole video was basically a showcase of B roll garbage. Tony hawk, Styx, RoboCop, killing floor. all games that have this extra niche group of fans but ultimately don't make it into too many hard drives.
