this just came as an option to me, so as i can't really tell this to anyone i know
and diaries have never been a thing for me
feel free to know
i am completely, and utterly ashamed of the body i am in
its gotten bad, to the point of not being able to breathe properly because of my stomach's in the way of my lungs expanding
i am well aware that i need to change something immediately, im just not quite sure how that will pan out
i have s boyfriend, he likes me, loves me and finds me abnormaly attractive- and I can't help that that's making me feel even more ashamed
how could he look at this and like it
how could he look at this and not be turned off
how- simply
how can he look st this at all
with all the beauty he carries, where fo i fit in
i wish to, if unable to magically change, just hide away in a hole,
or, atleast a hoodie
and just
be
swallowed
shame is too big to tell this to anyone close to me, since
saying it out loud, will not only make it real, but also make them notice me for what i really am--as if they already don't know
so, since it has to be said somewhere, instead of always wrapping it up in complicated sentences and half explanations leading on:
i am fat
one thing is sure, i have hit rock bottom and need to do something
i beg everyone not to like, nor react to this, i would like to never be reminded of writing this one
it has all officially been said

I wish you guys would do an educational learn while you sleep series where you covered all kinds of academic subjects. It would be very helpful if you read over physics, chemistry, mathematics in your calming voice. I could store formulas in my subconscious and easily recall them later: P

The pacing is perfect for a sleepy tale, relaxing and inviting, making it easy to imagine drifting off while dreaming of the elegance and simplicity of that time. Such a calming escape before bed, perfect for winding down.

My favorite's are the everyday stories, markets, special meals and particularly Rainy Day Bakery. And Thomas narrating them of course.
