Could it be possible that you put more focus on progressing rather than looking in every corner for something? It gets frustrating sometimes to see you stuck in one spot for ten minutes just searching for a piece of resin. I end up skipping a lot of the video, I think we'd appreciate a good balance between the two. The Doom Eternal playthrough made sense as you were looking for collectibles, but this doesn't have them, and most boxes and luggage you keep looking at never have anything in them. Maybe even consider cutting from the -end- of the section to the part where you begin to advance on? I don't even know if you'll even read this, but please take it into consideration. Much love! This looks great, but compared to Valve's older games it feels mostly like a glorified tech demo. There is so much polish in some regards, and then some basic stuff like sound design is so weak.
Still looks like great fun to play, but I think they need more practice in putting out the really high end content that I know they are capable of (if the actual game devs haven't all left the company in the last decade.

Vortigaunt batteries from HL2 Beta were brought back. Considering the Combine are still in the process of strenghtening their grip on Earth by the time of HLA, it makes sense that they are still using those and haven't transitioned over to Dark Matter energy fully.

Would be nice if some combine printers and loot boxes was just open. Connecting dots in VR is not that interesting of a puzzle, to be hones. Its become routine. You see crate - you know you have to fiddle with it even it contains junk. Breaks the pace too. ---

Man can you just progress the game and story? This Vortigaunt said -Go the Vault- but no, instead of this you keep putting/touching all suitcases and opening ALL friggin boxes! This is totally distract from game and video! Make a Progress!

moi je trouve ca consternant la vr et le simple joueur on est de la crotte je regarde cette video avec le degoue en me disant que je pourrais surement jamis jouer a ce jeu qui passe sont tempt a chercher je maudis valve et son idee de crotte

Is it jut me or does the VR gameplay look very fun sometimes but very awkward most of the times. I don't think it is ready for mainstream.
I like the aiming and shooting, but movement and interactions look very irritating to handle.

It just dawned to me. Knowing -what- was inside the vault and with HL Ep1 taken into consideration, it now makes much much more sense they were using Vortigaunts. They werent simply a batteries. They were the firewall.

So can you choose to walk using the sticks as well as do the 'point and jump' movement? I've seen certain gameplay where people only use the 'point and jump' movement, but this guy mostly walks using the joysticks.

Can you play the non VR version? Dang it looks creepy when you see no hands holding a weapon. That just happened to me when I was using gameloop and played Standoff 2. Totally creepy without the hands.

Dang, Valve has made quite the Chinese citizen simulator. 1984-style government, dangerous infections, crumbling infrastructure - really captures the essence.

That only game so far, which the more gameplay i saw, more i want to play myself. Shame that in my shithole country Index and decent pc cost like 4-5 salaries.

Im curious, after you've put down the game. Do you find/catch yourself thinking of pulling at far
objects like you were just doing in the game?

i wish with the pulse rifle instead of it showing you a red ammo meter, its blue instead, cause sometimes you think you are out of ammo

Everytime the game seems like it got cut, MK actually take off his VR and play Ghost Recon, thats why he keep posting videos.

The blood texture looks very low, no bulletmarks on the bodies of the enemies you shot at. its kinda a big miss from valve

I kind of hate how the Vortigaunts faces make too much human expression. Wish they stuck to the previous design in HL2.

I loved when they pulled a -predator- move and tried to impersonate Russell's voice to lure Alyx out. that's awesome.

I've heard of people getting motion sick from PLAYING VR games, but just watching this is turning my stomach.
