Anyway, amazing game. I don't have the patience to properly pace games like these to play them well. I'm either in -go mode- or -story mode-, but I can swap between the two well. Fantastic pacing and gameplay by you, credit for the emotional and beautifully dark story and visuals to the devs.

This game was just amazing. The bond between the siblings was captured to perfection and man did it hurt all these losses and tragedy T_T but that last scene. that's a baby in a modern hospital (we hear the beeping of technology) - meaning if we have another game it will be set in modern times? And we'd see what Amicia did to -show the way- to the new Carrier and Protector. It would be such a twist to the franchise and I'd love to see what the studio would do. They clearly know how to make great games - and the quality of Requiem over the first just shows how they learn fast! Poor Hugo, such a cute huggable baby who lost so much and went through so much pain, as well as Alicia. Beautiful game. Thanks Mk: )

This experience showed me how life can just be absolutely cruel and unforgiving. Did you love how well it portrayed Amicia and Hugo's hatred? My favorite scenes were the ending where Amicia had to kill Hugo (I cried a lot, and when Amicia uses Hugo's rage and bloodthirsty desire for revenge against the woman that killed their mother. What makes that scene even darker is Amicia is literally telling Hugo to murder a woman and she is completely encouraging of it. That just shows you the hate and their deep love for each other.
The fact that Amicia had to cross that line at the very end after everything they suffered through? God, that is a beautiful depiction of how cruel life can truly be.

If the game was half as long and less of repetitive gameplay, it would be a 8/10. Now it's more like a 6/10 for me. The really good story and very repetitive gameplay felt kind of disconnected from each other. the gameplay definitely took away from what could have been an amazing story. I knew Hugo was gonna die from the beginning of the first game. but still made me sad. This game isn't great by any means, but it clearly shows how important storytelling and character building is. I hope one day the big studios will stop producing this generic garbage and once again tell stories like this one.

I absolutely love the premise but good God I feel like the devs dropped the ball hard, lots of plot holes. If the Macula is passed through blood, how did it go from Basilius to Hugo, if both basil and Aelia died on la cuna? Is it not passed down by blood, but instead random? And if that's the case, how did their mother know so much about the macula and how to treat it? She was clearly preparing for it since they had an estate on top of a Roman alchemical laboratory, but if it's random it doesn't make sense. The list goes on and on and on.

The ending made me feel 2 contradicting feeling at once.
1. Sadness, since I feel Hugo the way Amicia saw him as brother, however annoying he is, he still a brother. I always imagine, with Amicia on his side, he will be a very nice yet tough gentleman, having a lot things happened in his past.
2. Relief, since I really curious whether I can slingshot Hugo's head each time he messed things or threw a tantrum, since the first game. Funny somehow the developer give that chance at the very end of game.

I can-t be the only one that found the game a little annoying at times, and the story is good but some of the sneaking around is pointless and the soldiers are dumb but at the same time if they catch you all you have is a sling. I was looking forward to it having more combat this time around but I found myself aggravated with the same things as the first one. I stopped at chapter 7 and I don-t think I-ll continue the rest thanks for the video I get to experience the ending without having to play it.

I tought Arnaud will get to be a final boss or something. Also, when you were on the boat with him while he was cleaning his sheild, if you talk to him he says that the sheild is damaged because it -only failed once- to protect somebody he cared about. From the dialogue between him and the count during their fight it looks like it was his own son that his sheild failed to protect because the count betrayed him and ran away. now i really feel sorry for him

why is the last cutscene look like the baby was in a modern hospital lol, but yeah kinda disappointed with the ending since all that trouble, death, and havoc among all wonderful places they've been is destroyed and plagued lmao- the game really want you to see these tranquil happy scene, then slaps you with depressing latter part-

I watch the first series of this game and i really like it the story and stuff and now the requiem is quiet the roller coaster overall for this game the story is indeed very touching but at some part the gameplay seems to be repeating over and over so it makes the journey kinda dull but overall they'd done a pretty good job

What a great game. I never watned to give a comferting hug to fictional characters this much. They just sufferd a truma after truma, and that ending was just an eomtional gut punch. Truly one of the most heart breaking games I have ever seen, and I say it as a good thing.

My emotion be like a roller coaster, it's up and down. This is one of the most beautiful game they made. I watched the first series and now the second. Oh man, I'm a grown up but I can't seem to let this game go. -. The end is good but it's also sad ending.

The beginning of the game is amazing, but the end is horrible.

This was by far the most fantastic game I've seen after The Last Of Us. The story, the characters, the music, everything was absolutely brilliant and the music is breathtaking in the midst of it all. Well played!
