Ash Tyrant and the one in Asgard when we meet Heimdall for first time are a male due to the extra detail on its horns compared to the other
Pale One is also male but a younger than the other
Crimson Dread, Everlasting and some dead dragon in Asgard during Ragnarok are female
The Corpse Eater and the one who get ass whooping by Fenrir during Ragnarok have an entirely different horns shape compared to the other so I assume that some of the Wyvern can be born with both gender in one
but that just me

For anyone wondering how to create or max out your dragon armor you need to kill every one in this vid plus the dragon on dragon beach in svartalfheim. That will give you the exact amount of dragon teeth and claws you need to max level your armor. You will also need quite a bit of purified crystalline which can be found in the crater as those big orange crystals. Edit- there is also another dragon you can fight in niflheim once you kill all of odins ravens.

These dragon boss fights were amazing fun. I love those parry-able attacks when the dragon will jump on your shield and you lift it off. Wish there were more of those for different enemies.
