It's the kind of Millennial writing, some balding loosers in their 30s come up with, thinking how good their own farts smell. -
The same kind of verbose, unnecessary long and ultimately cringe writing that utterly ruined Borderlands 3 and eg. new Saints Row. -
It had it's place in like 2012, but everybody has moved on from this. Stop doing games like this. -
And looking at the characters, only Ryan seems like a normal person. The other 5 seem like overemphasized cartoons of the worst kind of people a hellhole like california has spawned into this poor world.

Ehh. This game should have been better when it comes to storyline, graphics, mechanics and realism. Its kind of dull. The zombies and kill requirement gets boring after a while. Especially the killing method. Its not extremely bad, but feels a bit dated at times. Too many repetitive zombies. Too many annoying obstacles and pointless side missions that are not rewarding enough. It has some fun factor to an extent, but that starts to slip away after some time. You get tired of it because there's nothing truly refreshing throughout the game. Very repetitive with a lackluster unfocused storyline.

yikes. It all looks fairly nice, but thats not a huge feat these days. The combat. looks like cumbat. I cant be the only one disgusted by the health bars, hit markers, and damage numbers flying around the screen. Isnt the point of a zombie gorefest like this to see the actual gore, and feel like Im actually viscerally smacking something? Instead youre just slapping away with zero impact, seeing the number go down. Very lame. Also the qte's look ugly and the ragdolls are embarrassing. Damn it. I wanted this to be at least something dumb but fun. But it just looks dumb: (

Dead island 2 is really good but very disappointing at the same time with only 20 main missions and 33 side missions bit of a joke really after we all had to wait 9 years hope they do a DLC but i very doubt it - dead island 3 wont come till 2077 dead island 2 and Dying light 2 was very disappointing

I think everyone should take ryan as their slayers for the first time bcs he as blocking ablilities. Dodging zombies is really hard in this game. I took Amy as my first but her passive is regaining stamina. The zombies can be overwhelming at start so i died a couple of times.

Im glad they change the main character from black to white. It's not like I'm racist but bruh i grow up playing games where ur main character is white, brown or kinda yellow skin. But black? Nuh it's no wonder it's take them 12years to create dead island 2.

When this game was announced back in 2014 i was at highscool have my degree but noticed that i didnt like what i was doing its 2023 now. i dont got what i wanted out of life but i got to know myself better hope that counts for something

To me the first dead island was way better but now all these remakes or sequels is all the same like the new resident evil and back 4 blood etcc. like a left 4 dead remake would of been way better

Every time I get on there I get a partner they play with me for 3 mins and leave then I never get one again, BUT IF I LEAVE AND COME BACK I get another one almost instantly.

Why am I not surprised max settings looks like nothing they advertised. Still looks decent but the lighting is not as good. Looks like an up-scaled Dead Island 1.

Oh awesome, stomping heads isn't a skill that needs to be unlocked anymore. Character seems unbearable but gameplay wise looks like it's going to be worth it

Hmm, is it just me or does the game feel a little clunky? That run animation is awful. And the graphics aren't terrible, but just a little 5 years ago.

The original had a much better progression and of course vehicles. This has way too much button mashing and appears to rely on the gore rather than content.
