Mortal Kombat 1 Omni-Man Ending Story Cutscene MK1 Zenith: Damn that-s actually sad for Omni-man I actually didn-t expect that kind of ending at all, i mean even in the actual series and Comics he actually cared, but he knew it was inevitable and wanted to make the hardest choice. Join or die along with he-s son, sure he did beat up mark almost to death but he was just pushing himself to do that thinking he-s be able to convince he-s son, little did he know that he-s will was
--INVINCIBLE--
What i also love about this is that he truly wishes he-s Son could win even against him, he is so convinced Earth and its people would never truly win against the Viltrumite empire, I mean can you blame him? He-s only but one Viltrumite and he can take over earth himself no problem, same goes for the rest of the viltrumites who had the same mission in other planets, but an Army against him and he-s son? In he-s position you too would be convinced that its Futile to even resist the Empire.

That depressing sigh Omni-Man gives before admitting that he hopes Mark will be prepared for his return to Earth really warrants that he wants his son to stop him with the true intent of killing him. Both as a sign of release with his conflict of humanity and race of conquerors and relief knowing that if Mark kills him, his son will be able to take on anymore unimaginable threats to Earth.
This is one the great examples of what an anti-villian could be

Omni-Man is simultaneously so cold-blooded and so caring. He gladly served the Mortal Kombat Universe to the Viltrumite Empire on a silver platter, hoping that it could temporarily satisfy the Empire's expansionist hunger and give time to Planet Earth in the Invincible Universe to prepare for an upcoming invasion by the Viltrumites.

what-s crazy to me is that this ending is literally proof and canon that omni man can beat both titan liu kang (you can see he-s killed him in the background) and titan shang tsung. they may be the most powerful in the mk universe but bringing in omni man is just to much. this ending is proof just how powerful he really is
reply

If they make another expansion they need to include the dlc characters for the story mode, but man i also like the idea that the multiverse is so big that characters are able to fight each other on equal grounds and for me all the mk ending through out the series is Canon -

ngl the quality on this voice over is not very good, it's kinda sad, but this does not sound like omniman, this is just plain J. K Simmons. it's almost as if he forgot to ACT and sound like the character he's supposed to be playing.
reply

honestly i would only buy a MK game if it played like MK Shaolin monks after that fighting semi open world co-op fun i can't go back to 2d mk anymore ed boon what's taking so long for a if not new maybe a remaster Shaolin monks-

Viltrum's insistence to conquer Earthrealm, despite being given other realms by Omni-Man, could either mean:
1. Earthrealm is just that special compared to other realms.
2. Viltrumites are really that greedy.

Ending was kinda bad. I just really disliked how nothing really changed in the end. Like how Johnny and Cassie just revived Sonya in 11 and THATS IT! It just continued where it left off in the show.
reply

-You can tell that he isn't going to enjoy fighting his son. But he has no choice in the matter because of the empire. While he is an incredible warrior, the father in him will always beat him. -
reply

-What makes Omni Man so great is how sad he was realizing he will always have to face Mark again. His lovefor his son conflicting with his Viltrumite obligation makes him a very complex villain-
reply

-I love that whole -But my people have excellent memory- like he gave them a whole universe instead of one measley planet and Thragg is like -That's not what I asked for, so you owe me BOTH--
reply

Why is Omni man able to beat God Liu Kang? Doesn't make a great deal of sense to me considering Raiden was able to fight on par with Superman and Liu Kang is stronger as a god than Raiden.
reply

-. For a few years, annexing realms satisfied the Empire's hunger for CONQUEST. .- Meanwhile, Conquest fighting there in the background. I see what you did there: )
reply

In the comics he never really fights his son again btw y-all.
He becomes reformed after finding a new family(of ants) on a new planet and having another son.

Here's what I would've done for Mk1 if it were superheroes villains and slasher icons
Omni Man Superman Homelander Beyonder Candyman The Crow and Sandman

In this new MK, do you always have to fight with the other assist character too? Or cameo character I think it-s called. Or can you fight solo still?
reply

In that amount of absent time Mark might've became stronger or not, but his Viltro-Sapien Cheeks has grown to absorb the Aftershocks of fist bumps.
reply

I realise what I hate about this MK it's the sound of the punches it's just weird af that every hit sounds the same and like squishy sounds to
reply

There was an error in the dialogue, the part where omniman said -I hope my son had time enough to prepare- the text box says it wrong.
reply

-Why do you want make me do this
-your plan has destroyed the earthrealms and Liu kang died because of you
-think Tsang Shung think

reply

I find it funny how Omni-Man wants Mark to be ready for the invasion when he literally gave them a infinite amount of universes
reply

Omni Man just chilling in another timeline/universe and conquering it fits completely within the Invincible story, honestly.
reply

Everytime I see this ending its just hilarious that Shang Tsung and Quanchi are this close to hugging on the way down
reply

Oh. The reason there is no Omniman in the beginning of Invincible s2 is. He is currently in mk1 universe?
reply

-my only hope is that my son has had time enough to prepare--.
sounds like he has a death wish. Wants to fail

reply

It sucks to be Shang Tsung, summoning a powerful alien like Omni-Man, only to find out he's in no mood to cooperate.
reply

Double uppercut cringe at the end some how this saga in the mk series feels like watching some marvel bs -
