Carey reveals that she is a terrible driver and has failed the driving test in England five different times. Strangest Stanger Things Mash-Up Ever Anita: I am learning driving in GERMANY, before started anything I must got First Aid Certificate, eye tests, and then I needed to find a driving school and signed a contract with them, only for signing a contract service fee is 350 euros. After that, I must go to about 12 theory classes with each class lasted for 1. 5 hours BY LAW before I taking my theory test. Then I must have 12 compulsory driving lessons, including in highway, in the night and in countryside road. Then after other more lessons, I must wait until my instructor was confident with me, then went to the driving practical test. I drove very well but still failed about 3 times now by some mistakes because I was a bit tired and nervous, my tests started at 7: 30 am. With much money and time spent, I still had not gotten my licenses. Even when you failed 3 times about your theory test, they will ask you to do a psychological assessment. Then you must start go to 12 times theory lessons again.

Why does it matter if someone drives or not? Good god Americans and the insecurities of walking, or taking a bus. oh god the horror. Lol I noticed people in Europe are a lot more confident taking the bus, walking, or cycling if they don't have a car, or failed their test. It saves you tons of money too! It is stricter in Europe and everyone drives manually with a stick shift, which is why people don't slow down. They also have to retake the road test every 10 years or so (not sure if its due to license being outdated) and have their car checked for approval. They check everything and have weekly checks down the road side and you have to pull your car over so they can check your insurance is updated, license, tags, etc. The US doesn't understand the differences in the freedom we have and tend to be spoiled. no offence. Europe is big on tv licenses too and you have to pay to have a tv in your house!

Spain. First you need to pass the theroy test with a 90%. Then get at leat 20 driving lessons and try the driving test which I know of few people who passed it first attempt. Yoy are taken to a 30' drive to the city and Motor ways. One thing you must do is to reach and keep maximum speed in all roads to prove that you are not afraind and are able to flow with the rest. I've seen people fail inside the Traffic Authority parking lot before getting to the actual street, but they make you do the 30' anyway. And motorclycles are another 3 licences depending on HP (up to 15hp, up to 48hp and no restriction) and you need pass all to get unrestricted. Thousands of and probably years to get them all.

Don't give up. That's all that matters.
I failed today for the fifth time for the same reason, test anxiety and simply freaking out at the slightest thing. I'll pass soon, but I need to just accept my mental state as a part of my test challenge: (
And yes, Americans really have NO idea what a test is like in the UK.
It's massively more complex.

Yeah the British license isnt easy to get, lots of, people fail. BUT when you get a license its good until you are 65 when you need to renew it as they check that age hasnt impacted your abilities. To convert an American license YoY just have to take the written test. But again, Jimmy cant comprehend how hard the test is.

Gotta give Kimmel credit for pulling that information outta her lol. She was probably done with it, but I was curious, and apparently so was he. :P (No harm done, I don't think she took it as being rude)

Automobile is an American invention. If driver license in US is so hard to get like in Europe, the big 3 auto companies GM Ford and Chrysler would go to the capital hill demand the change.

Jimmy Kimmel really doesn't understand that Carey wants the conversation to move on because she's not being understood. Probably a very annoying interview for her.

I passed my pilots license in the UK 18 years and 2 months. I passed my driving test at 19 year and 7 months. I had to make two attempts at the driving licence!

I got a perfect score on my written and practice driving tests. Somehow though I could never learn to ride a bike, I've tried many times and failed.
