Pierce Brosnan on Coming to LA in 1982, First Solo Art Show & Audience Members Paint His Portrait

Pierce talks about wanting to be an artist since childhood, his many paintings, coming to LA for the first time in 1982, his first solo art show here in Hollywood, and he judges portraits members of our studio audience painted of him. Kelly: Back in the 80's I worked as a union extra on Remington Steel and myself and 3 other extras were sitting on the grass in a park in between setups and Pierce walked over with a director's chair and sat with us! He was absolutely delightful and we were in awe of him. Gina Davis was the guest star but I didn't meet her. Imagine Pierce sitting with us extras! I will never forget it!

Some free PR advice (they prolly thought of it already): Pierce should take the fan made paintings and feature them all at his exhibit - show some love and get some back.

I loved Remington Steele (sp) but really, really loved him in Thomas Crown Affaire with Rene Russo, and Dennis Leary. Also, thought he made a great 007.
