I inherited my childhood hot wheels from my older brothers. That hydroplane -car- was a part of it and always confused me I used to think it was a knock off or something!
Picturing my one of older brother being awed by the included floppy disk like you were is a happy thought.

I had a later version of these, around 2009 that came with CD's with a different race track on them and you could race the car you bought. Something happened if you got them all but I can't remember! I still have them at my folks somewhere. Great to see the progenitor here!

Still have my RIGOR MOTOR disk. I passed my HOT WHEELS collection to my nephew (I think that was one of the cars I included, since I kept my cars in FAIR - GOOD grade. Nothing as bad as the old car shown in my collection. No telling what some of them might be worth.

A 9. 2 V12 engine - 75000 rpm and you only get 2500hp?
The only impressive thing is that the rotating assembly can survive 75000rpm but in terms of power output this engine sucks.
these guys should really redesign their engines.

Kid at school, It's show and tell day.
Kids turn, look at the teacher, smirks.
''Who want's to see my awesome wiener? '' while reaching into the front of their pants.
Whips out the hot wheels before teacher can react.

The only Hot Wheels video game i ever played was a demo for Hot Wheels Jets. It was kinda meh, but still interesting (maybe because I didn't play many third person flight simulators? -. Still, i love rat-style maps.

I had the camaro, rigomotor, and the weinormobile but my packaged bell legend 2 that was given to us as a kid wouldn't run it. Anyone ever have the Independence Day toys with the 3. 5 floppy discs?

Isn't it wierd that, as a kid, LGR liked to just install anything that was on a floppy disk? The equivalent today would be to download literally anything off the internet.
