I didn't feel the controls were that bad personally, or that difficult to figure out, probably because ALL equine games pretty much work the same, and I played them a lot as a kid. There's a button to speed up, and a button to slow down, kind of like riding an actually horse where you pull the reins to slow down, button to jump when it tells you, etc.
I can relate to what Roses said, riding around Epona in Ocarina Of Time, screw saving people, yay horse! XD
I actually loved this game when I was younger, still kind of do, it wasn't the only Mary Kate and Ashley game that didn't totally royally sucked in my opinion. >< Even if the horse controlled little loose. XD
Entertaining let's play as always LGR and Roses. :3

The lyrics to the 'Brother for sale' song are real sinister.
So, next time he's sleeping in his room
We're goin' to sneak in and tie him
Then we'll take him out into the street
And see if someone will buy him
Brother for sale
Only fifty cents
Brother for sale
He's not a big expense
You can hug him
You can bug him
You could buy or rent
Its the 'You can hug him' and '. or rent' parts that worry me.

the lack of knowledge of the horse terminology is killing me lol the GAIT is the type of walk/run the horse does like trot canter etc lol and its also driving me nuts that he couldnt figure out the colored ball thing as well as how to jump (you have to be at a certain gait to be able to jump) maybe i just figure things out alot faster than some lol idk but loved watching regardless

I was one of those girls that loved horses and video games with horses, and this is a horrible game for a horse game. I've played so many with various themes (Solve mysteries on your horse! Save the town by winning horse competitions! Just win all the things) and all of them had better graphics and gameplay (well, what passed for gameplay)

I'm pretty sure you were the first one to discover -GW SUX- on that guy's shirt in 14 years because I'm not seeings any mention of it on Google. That's really funny that it was snuck into a game designed for 4 year old girls.

Full disclosure: my sister and I owned the Mary Kate & Ashley cassette tape, which had the Brother for Sale song on it. We LOVED it. but in my defense, we were little kids and the target age for the MK&A empire back then: p

I remembered playing this years back. I honestly can't remember if I had a problem learning how to play or no. I do, recall, getting about half way before I had to give it back at Blockbuster. (When they were still around)

Are these two just collaborators or are they together? They have such close chemistry it makes me feel like they are partners in life. Either way I am glad they are friends. They totally bring out the best in one another imo.
