I would like to see a new expansion pack on multiplayer, with servers and visiting others cities live. I thought of something like from Cities XXL; a big planet with places to build your cities, or just a regional map. Players build their cities, and can interact with each other by trading, transport and other stuff, kinda like Simcity 2013, EXCEPT IT'S CITIES SKYLINES! They can make a modded server, or just plain vanilla (no mods.
For the servers, if it's going to be a planet, they can terraform the planet, add places for your cities, terraform these places, or just download something from Steam Workshop.
Oh and you can make a bus/train/boat/plane routes for your neighbours, and from your neighbours! There must be some big stations for your neighbouring transports to go to.
What do you think? Sorry if it sounds excessive, but it truly sounds amazing! Send me some feedbacks!

They do need to do SOMETHING about the fire hazard though. I made an entire island off the coast of my main city into a zoo, a zoo that was only accessible by metro, ferry, and monorail. Only fire helicopters could get to it, and both in that park and in another amusement park on the main island firefighters weren't able to effectively fight the fire and they weren't able to clear the debris leftover in either park as well. They definitely need a patch that makes fire fighters more effective in park areas, or give new park buildings that act as a specialized fire unit for the park itself if you make larger ones.
That being said, I'm wasn't even a cities skylines player before recently, and the new additions to this game and me discovery how to properly play has wasted hours about hours of my time, and its fantastic.

I love that expansion, really, my game is way funnier than it already was. For example, in one of my cities, theres a enormous mountain in the middle of the city. Without this DLC I would just zone the whole mountain or let it there, but with the DLC, I made an enormous nature-dedicated park up there. I placed camping sites, towers to observate the city from up there, and it is AWESOME. It looks really beautiful and natural, and the park is giving me plenty of money too! Also, now I can do things such as dedicating a whole island to be a zoo XD
Love that DLC

They forgot to include a circus with jugglers, magicians, sideshow alley, coney island, laughing clowns, freak shows, acrobats, sword swallowers, fortune readings gypsies caravans showbag halls. This is separate to amusement park which just has rides. I mean how could they miss this out? No one has spotted this accept me! If skylines is so dumb not to include this fundamental then can a modder develop this into a mod if not the dlc itself please.

I dont know. In terms in ingenuity and creativity, how much better is this then simcity 2000? Not much imo. placeholders can hold any graphic and function applied to it but the grid and world size are still the same. Removing and placing placeholders is the same. Simcity 2000 went from home computers not existing to a good game, in the same time as skylines went from being new to this small update.

Watched your Cities Skylines review vids. I already had the game wishlisted on steam for ages but I never bought it, mostly because to get the entire set of expansions and DLC costs well over $100 CAN, even if it goes on sale it would still be a weighty purchase. If I see the complete set for around $80 CAN I'll probably go for it, since this really is what the Simcity reboot should have been.

I love this modular structure - I just wish they'd do that with transport too. At least the airport. I don't usually end up building airports because the stock designs are so bland and unrealistic. Being able to design your airports in a modular way would be amazing. Train stations would be fun too, from a modular point of view.

Have you ever thought about doing a CS Let's Play? I can't watch the usual suspects. Biffa is an incompetent cheat who would be lost without mods; ConflictNerd is a grid addict without an ounce of aesthetic taste; and ImperialJedi's videos are painfully slow and boring. I'd rather watch what you have to offer instead.

No dlc is ever necessary. That's why they're expansions and not game updates.
And re-watching this video (and consequently taking a second look at my comment, I realized that I sound way ruder than what intended. I'm not angry at him for saying that the dlc is not necessary, I'm just pointing out a fact.

Trees do not block noise pollution effectively in real life. They block noisy things from your view, which has a small psychological effect. My friends who does noise measurements and calculations for a -consultancy firm says a simple row of trees does not do a thing. Just saying: )
