For the past nearly three decades, thriller director M. Night Shyamalan has become known for his twist endings. Some may be better executed than others, but they're almost always there. #Trap #MNightShyamalan #EndingExplained Voiceover By: Dexter Manning Official Looper Website Read Full Article:

TRAP is frustrating movie. There are some fun ideas in it and Josh Hartnett has been in some stuff that I enjoyed. He delivers, pacing is ok, and there's some blood too as well. But dialogues are horrible.
Cringe after cringe, peppered through with some good acting from the entire cast, so there's that.

The worst thing you could’ve done for yourself was expecting there to be a big twist when the movie never said there would be, the movie promised a charismatic serial killer trying to escape the police and that’s what we got, wasn’t a masterpiece, but a fun watch if you had the right expectations

I really didn’t like that he pretty much just ratted himself out to Lady Raven, Like why He said they caught him but they really didn’t he just snitched on himself. Like if he had walked past those cops how would they know he was the killer And he had his daughter as extra cover Eh.

A better version of the story should’ve been having Josh Harnett play different characters, all trying to escape the concert because they think it’s for them and have every character up until the last being unsuccessful/a red herring and the antics to escaping escalating to an escape.

Does it look like he was a mix of glass ( intelligent ), unbeatable, and beast at some point How they tried to taze him and it took multiple shots for him to go down, and he was extremely strong as well I guess him gauging out the fbi’s eyes
reply

I thought the twist was going to be that his daughter was the true killer and he just loved her enough to try to cover for her. not that it was just a framing device to give M's daughter an hour long concert and for her to be the hero.

It wasn't a good movie by any means but I somehow liked it. There is so much h suspension of believe needed for this movie thst I wouldn't doubt if this guy existed in the glass universe with the power of luck.

I’ve been looking forward to this movie for quite a while now, and wow.
It was boring as hell and disappointing.
What was up with all the mom stuff That was the only thing I thought I might be missing.

So the wife thinks her husband is a serial killer. Instead of having police take him in for questioning, they let him take his daughter to a public event, putting everyone at the concert in danger.

Biggest twist was that the movie was going on further than what trailers had been showing, which was kind of nice cause now it felt like the film wasn’t spoiled through trailers for change

If this is the level kind of twist Shyamalan's fans are happy about, they shouldn't watch Korean Thriller Movies, I don't think they can handle the mind bending twist in the endings.

M sham, hasn’t made a good movie in so long, it’s crazy that studios keep giving him $ to make this, an now he’s got he nepo baby daughter making movies
reply

My top five favorite M. Night Shyamalan movies are the Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, Split and Glass. My honorable mentions are Old and Trap.

After watching the trailer I knew Cooper was gonna be the killer. M Night Shyamalan plot twists are so predictable now
