Ah uhn y’all stole Henry’s Cavill’s pic! Henry Cavill is ripped for every movie he’s in. I don’t like how he was done by those ppl over there, he’s such a gentlemen; he accepted it & moved on. Well I’m in my 40s tired pissed & pre-menopausal & I’m NOT moving on. My first ever crush, Christopher Reeve, will forever iconically to me be Superman, but next is Henry Cavill period! I had him in mind way before they decided to do a DCEU. Now I’m getting whiplash with all these new actors I don’t know that they’re forcing us to love instantly & shut-up & deal! I’m not going away JG!

So he kinda emulated Christopher Reeve’s regimen, Christopher Reeve was 6’4 as David, both were tall and lanky so Reeve was 170lb or 190lb when auditioned and David was 200lb. Christopher’s workout regimen was like eating whatever he wants, like more meats and pills but not performance enhancing or steroid pills and he got to 212. He gained either 42 or 22 pounds to get to 212, David was 200 and gained 40lb to look more muscular as Superman from the comics. David’s suit looks padded, Christopher’s suit wasn’t, his suit showed off his physique

On the other hand, my friend, who was about 25 lbs overweight, took a cycle of Tren, ate shitty, and kinda worked out. After 8 weeks he looked like Cavill. Do not underestimate the power of Tren.
