I got a news flash for Disney I am not watching Tron Aries at the theater I will not buy this film when it comes out on Blu-ray and DVD neither once again they take a franchise flush it down the toilet they get rid of all the main characters including the title character they bring out all these new characters just like Star wars and they make us watch this garbage that has nothing to do with Sam Flynn or Kevin Flynn or Alex fortune or ram or Yuri or Laura or zark or even the master control program again Disney throws away and expects us to like these new characters they have nothing to do with Tron where is Tron as you can see another franchise that Disney has goes down the toilet

I watch Legacy every week. It’s like a second language to me. I know every single line every single song that goes on when it does, I even have an identity disc frisbee from the movies merch 15 years ago. To say i live for this movie is a compete understatement. I have the movie both of dvd and blu ray. It’s the greatest Disney movie of all time. I’m hoping ares is good, I’ll be right there in the theatre opening night

Legacy needed that more 'digital' feel because it was a human entering digital space, and The Grid was the focus. Ares is that flip flop. AI/programs in the real world. Invasion. Nine Inch Nails scoring it is the perfect idea, since industrial mixes that electronic with hard rock. You know, since it's an invasion by digital beings. Pretty clever, when you think about it.

The tron movies are about getting in to the computer video game world were people are inside of the game and have to fight to live and now they are able to get out of the game world in the real world fight to take over the real world because of the sons from the man villain in the first movie helping the game world to stop Kevin

don't forget that tron didn't die we watched him get back to his original nature blue color.
and in the spinoff of 2012, they showed how he survived everything, being the first Renegade! I recommend on watching it. it gives you a good back story full circle for tron

I watched Tron Legacy last night & worked for the man who did all the CG on the original, he taught me how to do computer graphics when it was still being invented. Leto is the right actor for this. Fingers crossed.

Great breakdown. I wonder if Ares is a version of Tron. It seems odd that they’d have a movie but not included the titular character. I hope Sam and Quorra at least have a small cameo. Glad to see Kevin is in it.

Why bother watching this recap considering Ares will have basically nothing in relation to Legacy. It totally disrespects/deleted Sam Flinn, Tron & Quorra as the true main characters of the saga. Not wasting my $$.

I just wish that they could have kept the Tecno/House/Dubstep style of soundtrack like with Legacy using Daft Punk. This music really complimented the action and drama while keeping the audience entertained!

they should have brought Carlos back for the soundtracks. None of this garbage has the same vibe as the original movie. Its like doing star wars without John Williams. Lame.

This was an incredibly well done video. I thought I was a pretty big fan of Tron, but I have missed out on some things obviously. I didn't even realize a new game was out.

Tron Ares did not match Tron Legacy story. Tron Ares made the story more confusing. But I'll watch it to see the mistakes in the storyline.
