How Chris Pratt Got Jacked To Play Star-Lord Joe: What worries me about videos like this is people who believe they can duplicate was Pratt and other stars do. Everyone needs to find the workout that is right for them, try different things, and change your routine every month. What movie stars have is the time to do it, someone footing the bill for a personal trainer, and the time to recover. What normal people have is a little time between work and taking care of their families. So find what works best within those parameters. The other thing that normal people have to realize is that many of these actors - and I don't know if this is true of Pratt - have to get in shape in a very short period of time and end up taking a shot. Check out Athlean x videos for some great workout advice.

This video seems like a no brainer eat healthy and work out because that's how simple/hard getting into shape really is. lazy people just was short cuts. Working out is important, but that's only 20% of the battle. It's ALL about eating healthy and discipline! I used to do 4 hrs of cardio a day (cause of work) and lift 2 hrs a day. And I was still skinny-fat, cause my diet was shit. So if you want that six pack, stop eating garbage!

4 to 6 workouts a week for 3 to 4 hours of weightlifting, crossfit, mountain biking, p90x and calisthenics? Why you lyin, Chris? lol Dope transformation but i hate when actors exaggerate tf out of their routine. He ate right, trained no more than 90 minutes up to 5 times a week and got sufficient rest. Anymore than that and he's wasting his time.
reply

He did steroids same as all the other actors.
Seriously how is this even a question are you people really this naive?
Do you really think it's possible for someone to put on 60 lb of muscle and get shredded/jacked in 6 months naturally?
Because literally every doctor and personal trainer will tell you that's not going to happen.

Lol, why do you people think his body physique is impossible to achieve? Eat healthy and work out and don't cheat or slack off. It takes dedication, unless you're like me and have a naturally slim body. I can eat whatever I want and won't gain a pound, and I still have a six pack abs at the end of the day. It's called genetics.

When these actors look into the camera and say they dont take steroids. I believe them. they are on something new and more powerful, safer and way more expensive. they are on something better that we dont know about and cant afford anyway. these celebrities are not gods. they want you to believe they are

With a massive payout from every movie, I find it extremely hard to believe he and every other actor that makes a complete physique change isn't using steroids. But maybe all these actors that suddenly get ripped just have more willpower than the overwhelming majority of people.

I'm not like a Huge alcoholic Yeah, he; s a drunk. I was like a great pet fat guy. Well, that's quite a quote, especially considering Faris and him busted up recently. Let us find out she was pushing him around at home and cutting off his balls.

Hollywood money, Hollywood facilities, Hollywood personal trainers, Hollywood nutritionists who don't mind using PEDs since they're not creating professional athletes who are going to compete in a professional sport. the list goes on.
