Yeah her critical information was powering up other ships and going to a planet such a hush, hush secret mission. Also when did they lose the tech to track smaller ships. Also auto pilot must not exist.
The light seed trick was completely ridiculous. If that was something that could be done in this universe why would every ship that was about to go down do the same thing.

Most likely one of the most pointless characters. She goes to light speed in general akbar ship from return of the Jedi to destroy the new order.
Ummm why didnt they do that at the start or for the Death Stars. Would have a saved so many more lifes. She also made fynn and Poes plan pointless by just not sharing basic information. Give me general akbar over her. No one even remembers her name. Purple hair general. The movie had no character development and her character was a big cause of issues.

Why didn't Katherine Kennedy just play the role of purple gender studies chick? Why use another actress when you know this is what Katharine has been wanting for Star Wars for a long time. to inject feminist theory into the plot of a mainly _MALE_ science fiction peice?
Thank God it backfired on them, punishing Disney with abysmal ticket and toy sales.

Having a sassy misandrist character is the price you have to pay to sell the movie in Canada. They should have just wrote her to be more inspiring and less of this pathetic 'women are the best' drivel. The whole point of her character was to appease feminists. Which is why people don't like her and love Leia.

I could of done with out her most pointless character ever. Why not tell your hot headed flyboy the ducking plan you purple ditch. uhhh. I just don't get it. I thought the prequels were bad but at least there story's had somewhat of a soul. These new star wars are just market this and market that.

To me the admiral was a purple haired Leia, just not as intelligent.
But admiral cuteness was just that, a cute purple haired admiral with no backstory or importance until now.
