How Michael B. Jordan Got Ripped For Black Panther Daniel: Im here reading the comments and all. People are saying he was already ripped, and he went to the gym and such. The root cause of his success is his motivation to drive to get up and go to the gym and workout, the discipline to east a strict diet and be in there 6 times a week, 3 times a day. When youve managed to do that for 10 months straight, then maybe, just maybe, you can say oh thats nothing special, I do that already. It takes conditioning and discipline on a whole new level to keep that up for more than a month. Most people start, and then stop after the first week. Much respect to the actors. And for those saying its because they are rich, rich doesnt make the body, the mindset does. Plenty of body builders are below middle class and remain building.

Needed to leave his body alone and work on his horrible acting, jeez! Saw Black Panther last night it sucked thanks to Jordan. They better off casting Michael Jordan. Still couldn't believe how they cast this guy as Kilmonger. The rest of the cast we're great but I guess Hollywood didn't want this to be too Africanized as a movie so they hired a non acting Afro American for leverage.

He was the worst part of Black Panther. It's stated he graduated MIT at 19 and was a SEAL. Yet the way he spoke made me cridge.
Idk his character was 2 dimensional, predictable, and uninteresting. Instead of working out he should have taken some acting classes and create a character the audience can resonate more.

michael b jordan shouldve not been the guy to do plack panther it should have been the very first original guy that appeared in the avengers civil war michael b jordan guy taling tribes that he doesnt even belong to what does he know of there culture

Okay I was thinking this guy wasnt on anything till he mentioned he benches 225 for 10 easily. You cannot achieve that in a few years especially when youre training to look like a boxer and not a powerlifter.

He isn't at all ripped. If you have even a basic idea on how diet and training works, then you can look like that, easily. It also helps to have a team of editors work to make you look even better.

How do people take this dude seriously. An actors job is to make you believe they are the character they are portraying, NATURALLY. Michael B Jordan, reminds you how fake the character is

Not to sound like a hater but he wasn't ripped. His body fat was a little high and he was actually leaner in Creed. Ironically he looks better than me with either physique. Lmao.

Go look at someone that does roids, and then look at this guy. This guy has the body of someone whom avidly works out, he doesn't have the body of a roid user. So please, just stop.
