Point one and two: because its been happening for so long that everyone overlooks it and accepts it as coincidence or flat out ignores it.
Three: she literally just encouraged him to go outside for break and stop stressing.
Four: he can only be seen by those hes trying to scare. And yes, he was there in the 1700s. Hes an immortal alien.
Six: Bill is convinced his little brother, presumed dead, is in there. I think hes got bigger things to focus on than how sanitary it is.
Seven: They were mesmerised by the slideshow and too scared to move.
Eight: Eddies mom doesnt see it. Again, IT and everything he impacts cannot be seen by anyone but the kids.
Nine: just nitpicking tbh. Risky, yes. Guaranteed death, no.

Holy Shit. First of all, It's residency in the town of Derry has a hypnotic effect on the entire town. This is more fleshed out in the book but you freaking referenced it in your video when you said that the adults in this town are a mess. They're also noticeably absent from most of the film and when they do show up they either express indifference to the plight of children or they are actively hostile. This is a direct result of It's presence in the town. One of the major themes of the story is the terror of transitioning into adulthood. It's an isolating experience. It benefits from that and therefore amplifies it.
It's like you put this crap video together without doing a simple google search.

I don't think they touched on it in the first movie, but in the miniseries and book it was mentioned when they were adults how they noticed Derry changes you. Even when they leave the town they actually forget all about it everything except a little bit. Hence when they get the calls to come back it starts to come back to them. The adults essentially are a part of it as Bev recalls in the 2nd half(2nd movie in this case) a time when Henry and his guys were manhandling and practically raping her a man saw and just went inside.

This entire vid is a mess. Pennywise has mental control over the adults to keep them in the dark on the deaths. He IS the librarian. Why didn't the unplug the projector? Ummm maybe because they're kids and they're panicking at the sight of a giant killer clown coming at them? And I'd wager that unplugging the thing wouldn't have made any difference. If pennywise has all of these supernatural abilities i imagine powering a projector isn't impossible for him. This whole vid feels like a troll

Most of the points in this video are dumb. Except maybe for the last one. But i would also like to mention why I think Pennywise was so bad at killing this movie. The thing i suspect is that the kids he had killed earlier hadnt fought back or grouped us as much as the kids did this time. And since he was so used to being able to scare the kids, this time when he tries it. It doesnt work since they're grouping up and helping eachother.

Im gonna take devils advocate and stand up for Looper. Yes, a lot of these points are void because in the book, they make it clear that adults dont care about the kids. But in the movie, this is never an obvious thing. So, if someone had only watched the movie and not read the book, theyd have these same questions. A movie adaptation shouldnt have to rely on its source material in order to make as much sense.

Also, in the book, it says that the adults pretty much dont want to be bothered with things that arent their business. There are plenty of examples of that in the book.

It's not surprising nobody mentioned Pennywise being around back then. During the Bradley Gang shootout, it was there firing some kind of firearm(the weapon used varied person to person) while wearing overalls. There's also the possibility the clown in the charter picture was Robert Gray, who It had probably seen interacting with children.

It kinda brainwashes people into ignoring everything bad so it can get more prey because is people knew bad things happened they wouldnt go talking to clowns in the sewer
