You guys missed the bigger adults only theme in Wreck-it-Ralph. The relationship of Calahan and Fix-it Felix. He only falls in love with her after she slaps him around. She's extremely dominant and he follows her like a servent. It's definitely got a BDSM vibe to it.

Fix It Felix is meant to be a cross between Donkey Kong and Rampage. Rampage btw was inspired by DK as well as King Kong and Godzilla.
