Small Details You Missed In Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse DragonHeart613: The animation was gorgeous, the voice acting was fantastic, the plot was good but it sure was pretty annoying the way they tried so dam hard to enforce the idea of Miles Morales being the supposed heir apparent to Peter Parker as Spider-Man in that they needed not one but 2 or 3 different versions of Spidey to dub Miles a worthy successor and not only that but than they feature the late great Stan Lee himself handing Miles a Spidey uniform so as to get fans to think that the very creator of the character approves of upstart Miles replacing the legendary Peter Parker (Stan's most famous & most beloved character) as the new Spidey which came off as simply a slap in the face of the legacy of both creator & character as no way would Mr Lee ever approve of anyone replacing his most famous creation!

Into the Spider-Verse was also based of from Season 5 of Spider-Man: The Animated Series episode Spider-Wars with all the different Spider-Men coming together to stop Spider-Carnage from collapsing the universes using the Time Dilation device similar to the Super Collider that Kingpin uses. Funny enough Kingpin was the secondary villain for the Spider-Wars storyline and also Gwen Stacy present in the episode and she was the fiance to Peter Parker who had the Tony Star Personality and had the giant Iron Spider armor similar to the Hulkbuster.

Has seriously no one figured out Gwens past reference? In her flashback you see her saving her dad and defeating the lizard. Hmmm. Amazing spiderman maybe? Which is what she wishes she could do since the lizard killed her dad? Seriously how has no one even thought of that thing holy shi-

Theres a big billboard in one of the Times Squares for a broadway show called Hi, Hello, starring Nick Kroll and John Mulaney. This is a reference to a real world Broadway show called Oh, Hello, also starring Nick Kroll and John Mulaney. And of course, John Mulaney voices Spider-Ham.

I also noticed that when Miles first gets his powers and accidentally rips his shirt off, he looks very similar to Donald Glover in this is america. Im not sure if that was intentional, but i thought it was cool.

Ok Loops, I'll play your game. You talk them into adding the May Parker from Earth X who bonded with the Venom symbiote and I'll see the movie at least 5 times. I promise.

Anyone else loving the score of the film? Daniel Pemberton blended orchestral cinematic themes with modern day hip-hop elements so flawlessly. So good to listen to.

With all the tiny little references in this movie we tried to just hit the big ones - but did we leave out any super obscure easter eggs? Let us know!
