Your suspension of disbelief has to be well over 9000 to watch this. Star Wars has a more believable plot than this garbage.
I watched it for the cast of good actors but the plot itself, completely unbelievable, rolling my eyes every 5 minutes. Bad movie.

Bird box was gay. Basically it is a physiological thriller. She was depress do loosing a bf thay she though loved her and shes prego alone. The painting meaning how people have lost their souls to the devil to be living in a unconnecting world that we live in now. Hence its in california, 90% sold their souls to the. Thats why the people, and not just their everywhere have lost hope, faith, compassion an basically have a clean soul. Now death have come to collect and its more like a biblical issue. The ending the blind and the good docter survive, because they cant see evil whats basically killing everything. So their souls are very good.

My Theory.
At the beginning as you know Malory told, that she doesn't need people and she's fine by her self, and also she don't want children. So it means her biggest fear is to be attached to other people with love and be mom. As soon she enters hospital, she sees woman, who later went crazy. SOOO this is where everything begins as my theory. She also saw that mystical creature, and started to become delusional. As you can see she starts to fight her own fears. And at the end of the movie, she finally is confronted with her fears and surrenders to feelings.

The details u pointed out may be valid. At least some of them. BUT yas have missed, ignored, or overlooked the between the lines details. While I found this movie entertaining, I simply could not miss noticing the underlying political idealogies, which are all too rampant in modern movies. I mean they've always been there, it's just FAR more prevalent nowadays. I dont want to make a dissertation here. The FORCE(ed) is strong in this one.

It's like i'm the only Person that saw the Upside Down Cross behind Douglas in the room where Greg was killed, it appears behind him about 27: 30 mins into the movie when he says 'i Think you are making a huge Mistake they wanted you to see it, and also there's a Baphomet head that keeps showing up on the walls in different parts of the house, i think greg was a devil worshiper. the movie is worth a second watch.

Was an entreating movie, but let's admit it, is a remake of Mark Wahlberg the happening in the happening we never sure the plants where responsible, who says it wasn't really this entities behind all this from the beginning? only that one was a small scale attack?

I thought bird box was not scary but i hate the blood and when sarah got hit by a truck. i cried and i ended by the one olimpya opens the door cause someone needs help the guy and my friend ended at the one that gary forced the people in the house to open eyes and face outside

You missed the one when Douglas is pointing a gun at Gary before he gets knocked out. If you look behind Douglas seconds before he gets knocked out, you can see Cheryls reflection walking past in the refrigerator. If youve never seen it Cheryl was the one that knocked him out.

Enjoyable movie. They had to leave so many things unanswered in attempt to make it somewhat unique and not so cliche. At this point, everything has already been done in the movie industry. So I don't hold it against the writers.
