I was hoping that Magneto will discover that Quicksilver is his son and he still has a daughter too.
I also expecting to see a small appearnace of little Scarlet Witch. Also expecting to see other students to see their powers but NONE!
Dissapointed that Quicksilver just had a small part in the show and Raven. I don't care about her she is obviously out of place in this movie they just added her to boost sells coz Jennifer Lawrence is a famous actress.
The final part is not that good too I'm expecting to see them in uniform but NONE again. What happened to their costume in the last scene of Apocalypse!
Overall I'm disspointed about this movie. I think this is the end of this series.

Why it bombed was cuase of fox failing on majorty of the films. Xmen apocylise would of been better then infinity war if fox made apocylise look cooler. I wasnt a fan of the way he looks.
Im not looking foward ro disney owning marvel. I hated how they handled the franchise out of all the marvel movies they made i only really was amazed by six of the films the rest where just ok or terrible. Black panther was one of the disappointing films. Loved him in civil war but just like thanos he got stripped of everything that made him cool and epic and was replaced with something just looked ok and while the cgi on thanos was amazing his look wasnt good.

I thought it was ok it sorta stuck to the story but in order for them to be successful they shoulda got with Chris Claremont and John Byrne and others who were the writers and artist of the original Uncanny X-Men Dark Phoenix Saga if you collected comics at this time period you know what I'm saying how the movies are jumping around in timelines and changing characters genders and appearances I guess anything to make movies maybe try and stick to the real story and stop messing around with things that were very successful

I was just watching the movie for the first time until Mystique unnecessarily points out that the women seem to be doing all the saving and perhaps they should be called X-women. That was it for me. I have not seen the last few movies anyhow because I am weary of the teenage superhero thing. I collected the comics from issue 96 up and I do not recall them all being teenagers.

The final battle on the original was good in my opinion. Not all the crappy stuff after that could keep up with it. I believe the true Phoenix should always be the first. That and having Hugh Jackman as Wolverine made it a good movie. The only good thing going for the new movies is Michael Fassbender. Magneto, which was actually make better than the original version.

Uhhh. how about the distinct and painfully obvious lack of Hugh Jackman? X-Men: Last Stand was way better than this one and Last Stand made Dark Phoenix into a dark personality in Jeans Head!
Oh and the fact they made Jean into a blonde! Jean Grey is a REDHEAD! For Stan Lees sake there is no excuse for such a bad movie with such terrible casting

They seriously tried to hang a franchise on Jennifer Lawrence and her C class character with way too much screen time. Sophie Turner sucks as an actress when she isn't playing the helpless princess. Also fighting escalated to quickly between the xmen and jean grey. I thought they were friends or family?

They should have picked older actors to play Magneto, Xavier, Mystique and Beast. First Class was based in the 1960s and Apocalypse was in the 1980s but the actors NEVER AGE. THEY LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. Also, they never stated what time period Dark Phoenix is based in, was it in the 90s or early 2000s?

The reason the rebooted x-men flopped because of the decision of fox making mystique a hero personality all because they hired jennifer lawrence that was the first red flag but now x-men is in mcu so it'll probably e better i just hope marvel keep mcAvoy and fassbender and don't replace them
