Small Details You Missed In X-Men: Dark Phoenix Phoenix: Noooooooo! It makes no sense! Grrrr! The dates are all wrong! Remember the phrase from Charles in apocalypse let go Jean! Release ur power! Well that was apparently 9 years before she went to space and became Phoenix? And secondly, how could she have killed mystique when she's alive in apocalypse? And what the heck is going on with the plot holes like no ageing of characters despite decades passing? Or magneto's son that gets brought up previously but that doesn't expand or explore that relationship or even give us the viewers; some closure on it? A nice heartfelt emotional scene between father and son?
And in 'days of future past' when time was reset by wolverine everyone was alive, technically around the time period of the 3rd movie from the original series? I mean Jean grey, mystique, all grew up alive! So like when did the prequels suddenly turn into crazy different time parallel universes? I mean ahhhh am I just on acid or something! Like what the F is going on! It doesn't tie up at all.

The critics are making it seem like this movie is complete garbage when its a decent film. Its better than apocalypse for sure and the person who directed the movie, it was his directorial debut. He did a pretty good job and deserves some praise. Also that soundtrack. that soundtrack was absolutely FANTASTIC! Hans Zimmer brings his A game once again and I felt like it really fit well with the tone of the film. The only thing I wasnt such a huge fan of was the writing. Certain lines didnt make too much sense to me and couldve been fixed. Dont listen to the critics! Ive learned that theyre rarely ever right anymore. Go watch the film yourself and you can decide if its garbage or if you were wrong. Ill give it a 7/10. It honestly wasnt bad.

I felt that the characters in X-men deserved more closure than what was displayed in the film.
Quicksilver didnt reunite with his father.
Erik never learn about his son and never had the opportunity to share a moment with him. _Just imagine Magneto swinging a bat and Quicksilver running for the ball in slow motion. _ (There wasnt a Quicksilver slow-motion scene like in Apocalypse.
Nightcrawler probably didnt know Mystique was his mother.
Wolverine didnt cameo, which I wish he had so he could be the perfect closure to the X-men franchise.

Small details you missed in X-Men Dark Phoenix: the entire movie. And no thanks, I will not watch it (and neither will millions of people. I'll wait for the REAL X-Men in a few years, with Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios overseeing everything. Screw these Fox X-Men and Simon Kinberg. To hell with that guy. He's on the same level as D&D: a complete hack who shouldn't have gotten work a long time ago.

I think A LOT of people missed the details because they didn't waste their money seeing this turd of a movie in the first place. When test audiences said it sucked, despite reshoots & rewrites I knew better than to bother going.

I did see that Quicksilver was in the movie. He barely got any screen time and we didn't get an awesome slo-mo scene from him like we got in the last two movies, but I definitely remember him making an appearance.

The small detailed I DIDN'T miss was that this movie SUCKED! Which is why the other small detail I HAVEN'T missed is that I'm not out 15 bucks having gone seen the first small detail.
