Dumb Character Deaths That Basically Killed The Show Macjj173: If people want the LGBTQ2+ community to be completely socially accepted, people need to stop singling out and labeling all of the LGBTQ2+ characters and couples as a gay character or gay couple and start referring to these people as a character or a couple who just happen to be gay. Being gay should not be directly tied to who you are as a person and it should not be the defining characteristic of who you are. Being gay doesn't make someone special or endow them with increased significance. it just means they are gay. If the LGBTQ2+ community wants to be completely normalized they need stop separating themselves into these identity groups and just embrace the fact that you are not special or significant just like all other people.

One of the best moments in How I Met Your Mother is when Ted realized and committed to not keep holding out for Robin. Sometimes despite having great chemistry and being attracted to each other a relationship just still does not work. Coming to that realization was a moment of unusual depth and clarity. So to have it undone literally one episode later is maddening. The issue with the finale is not that the mother had died. The issue is this weird forced Ross and Rachel moment that we had just been told wasnt going to happen.

Lexa's death did not kill the show, she wa skilled in season 3 and now we are on season 7. With that said I hated her death, she was the best character on the show. If they wanted to kill her off, they should have given her a more dramatic death where she sacrifices her self to save Clarke to complete her redemption after the previous season. That is better than walking into a room and getting shot. But it did not kill The 100.

So. not gonna mention the real reason for the fall of House of Cards? Okay then.
Honestly, I stopped watching Fear The Walking Dead when they killed off Nick. He was, by far, the most interesting character. I know the actor wanted off the show, but still. it was a deal breaker for me. And yes, the end of How I Met Your Mother was terrible. Hell, the entire last season was damn near unwatchable.

Bruh lexa dying was perfectly understandable. I guess many people don't understand how often people get accidentally shot in real life when the shooter was intending to shoot someone else. How I met your mother is just a display of real life. Nothing lasts forever (including love) and everyone dies eventually leaving everyone else to move on with their lives.

whenever I watch looper i keep thinking did you even watch the shows?
they were planning to make an 8th season of Buffy but SMG wanted a break and get married. (This came from James Marsters)
The 100 is still going.
HIMYM died because of bad ending. NPH carried that show.
Teen Wolf kinda right but Shelley Hennig carried it well in the final season

when it comes to how i met your mother i expected the mom to be dead almost from the very beginning of the show, the only thing that i didn't like is they built this big thing for barney and robins wedding if they were planning on ted to end up with robin in the end i think i would of prefer barney and robin not get married

House of cards? really! There was nothing dumb about this death AND didn't kill the show at all. It was one of the best launching episode for a season ever! It defined the character, pushed his narrative and was a stepping stones for many archs. House of Cards never was a political investigation series

The problem is with Frank's killing of Zoey is that it had to follow the original British mini-series. It would have been worse to have to totally rewrite the original series. As for the fact that the bad guys win, in the original show, the bad guys always won, right up to the end.

I am a big Fear the Walking Dead fan, and I have to agree 100%. Madison left, and the show just lost its path completely. When Travis passed, I was worried. Then when we lost the toughest mama-bear ever in Madison. show's been sputtering ever since.
