Anyhoo, he told us the object is not quality film but a profit which is why 90% of all new films are remakes, part of a series or sequel / prequels. There's more Asian actors strictly for the Chinese market and these films are made as politically correct white as possible (Chinese are not big multiculturalists. Then there's the writers who get their ideas about business, government, manual labor, race relations, etc) from other movies, books and tv - not real life. He said it explained why the Mob was still big in movies 25 years after its essential disappearance.
He asked - none had been to a board meeting though some said they had been in corporate offices) but all knew shouting matches, weapons, coups, assassination plots, etc occurred because well, everyone knows that's how it is. None had been to a farm, mine or factory but knew what workers there experienced. It's wrong ideas based on fiction for people whose job is faking emotions and pretending to be someone else.

Avatar is one of the most overrated films. For the standard that Cameron and Sigourney have set in films before it was REALLY poor and badly acted. Monster Hunter with Military guys getting sucked into a portal? lol geez how original. This is typical W. S. Anderson. LAZY. How is this guy still finding work? One of the worst directors in film. Resident Evil series (with the exception of the first film) were DIRE as well as his AVP films. The guy cannot direct a cast and is dragging down Milla's credibility as a VERY good actress by agreeing to do shit films with him just cause he's her husband. Dune I'm very much looking forward to as Denis Villeneuve did a superb job on Blade Runner 2049

That bobby brown girl is not a good actress. The first godzilla moviewith all the monsters in it. She & the movie sucked! And now u putting her in the second film. I hope the story is better cause the acting is nothing to get hype about. Im not exspecting. Anything different from the last godzilla film. The movie focused more on the actors, than on the stars of the film. Godzillavs destroyah is going to be the best godzilla movie america has ever done. if they dont get to cocky.

i hope that when this movie is done it should be the same as the game we played. i really hate what they did to dragonball, Avatar the last air bender, deathnote they got wrecked, something like anime goes america really sucks, its way more better if japanese will make this movie coz they wouldn't change the story unlike hollywood. please im so afraid about the outcome dnt make it dumb

Much of this looks like rubbish, Hollywood is lacking in good ideas of late and many of their movies aren't intersting enough to warrent going to the cinema to watch it, they can say this or that person is Starring in the movie, to me, that is not a selling point, I want good stories but sadly Hollywood has been in decline in that department of late

I'm calling it now - The Avatar series will not all be made. The first sequel will disappoint, and the second one will disappoint more. The third and forth will never be made. Overall that film has not aged well. Once you get past the thin shell of 3D CGI and pretty colors it doesn't have much going for it.

Have been waiting for a loooong time for my favorite sci-fi universe to come to a screen - ANY screen. Larry Nivens Known Space books, which include the Ringworld series and the Man-Kzin Wars. Amazon supposedly has a Ringworld project in the works, but Im not holding my breath.

4 Avatar movies coming? How can they predict that their movies will be successful? The only reason it made money last time was because it was marketed as THE MOST EXPENSIVE MOVIE EVER MADE and you had to see it. Now it's different.

4 Avatars? FOUR? Is that really necessary? Not sure how much legs the CGI Ferngully has, but in 10 years, its hard to imagine that any of that will be relevant story telling. Meanwhile, no Alita sequel? Come on, James.
