They may praise it or take the diarrhea-plane over It, this is a f#ing mess if you care the slightest for the story in the book! It's simply put a rape on this masterpiece of storytelling, mowing down every little bit of character development from the losers club to henry bowers. and especially one of the most disgusting characters with the most awesome death in the book(Patrick Hockstetter) gets reduced to a piece of steaming shit, just as an example. this piece of shit director literally said he didn't read the book again and just remembered it from his first read in his youth, and he only took the frikkin names and scenery! as a 2season series with someone more competent and empathic to the story. blablabla

The main thing I agree with on these reviews is that the Loser clubs only power against IT was completely lost on the last movie and made very obvious in the original tv movie. The power of the imagination and belief in it against IT. The modern version seems to believe that mindless violence will defeat Pennywise.
Hopefully the critics are wrong about it seeming like Pennywise could kill the Losers club at any moment without reasoning how and why and completely missing the books point.

Pennywise doesn't kill for the sake of killing and that's it. he'd be dead if he just killed people but didn't bother to put the fear in them. The whole point of Pennywise is the building up of the fear he puts into his victims. Pennywise isn't Jason or Michael Myers. Fear is what keeps IT alive. not just instantly killing what's in his path. He does not feast unless you are afraid and give in.

Okay Mike Ryans opinion doesnt mean shit because he doesnt know shit. It could kill any of them at any time, but that being said they are the most delicious when they are completely scared to death. I can eat a steak without it being cooked but is that when its most delicious? No. Understand what youre writing about before you can voice an opinion.

Read the book years ago and it has cool images.
But I also had no idea why it just didnt kill them. IT seems to be omnipotent in Derry & kills people whenever it wants.
Any hero or villain with vague powers always sucks.
As for hader. Hard to not stand out when u are with annoying people like Jessica Chastain

Just seen most of it (before I walked out. Two plus hours of utter nonsense. One of the most pointless loads of old crap I ever had the displeasure of dragging myself through! Thank God I had to catch a train. Also, you can't play/win as Joe on Street Fighter. He's a cpu character ffs!

Criticism is lame if you go in with an open mind and no expectations you'll enjoy alot of movies that are being made but going in expecting greatness only leaves you with disappointment and hearing bills performance was amazing lets me know its gonna be entertaining

Pennywise motive is fear. He feeds on their fear. And in order to do that he needs to play with his victims. Im guessing the critic that wrote that. Didnt really read a book or understood the concept of pennywise. So his critic is basiclly invalid
