This is the only reason I'm not psyched as much as I should be for the new IT movie. Skarsgard looks scary enough in the makeup I guess. but Tim Curry played a _character. _ I've got a bad feeling that Skarsgard's Pennywise is going to be little more than a movie prop compared to Curry's iconic portrayal.

Never heard of him. His father yes. He or his brother no. Yet another reboot that should never have happened. The trailers tell us all we need to know about the movie. And, as King book fan, that's kind of sad. The mini-series was a winner but this movie looks like it's going to be a five star dud.

They made a terrible mistake casting this kid from Hemwell Grove as Pennywise. i mean for goodness sake, we want to be scared not fangirling. Who made this decision? How did someone look at him and say he would do as good as Tim Curry?

It's incredibly weird that you'd use The Legend of Tarzan as a sourcepoint of his older brother's fame when most people would know him from True Blood.
It's kinda like saying The Nightmare on Elm Street star, Johnny Depp.

I discovered Bill for the first time in Hemlock Grove and I am so excited to see him as Pennywise!

Bunch of haters, technically this movie looks like a more faithful adaption of the first half of the book. Tim Curry is one of my favorite actors but that 1990 mini series is cheesy and shit.
