The new show picard is an embarrassment. The only good scene (not episode since all the episodes were hot garbage) was when picard said his final goodbye to data. Kurtzman is a douche and ruined Star Trek. of you want to know a good analysis of why, go youtube Mr Plinkets review of Star Trek Picard.
He pretty much nailed it on the head. and if you seen that episode of picard where he dresses like a Pirate! Yo. : that right there is the most cringeworthy thing you will ever see. Star Trek ended with nemesis, sad. Jean Luc and the Star Trek was so iconic

Wait. can we do a complete CP timeline when the show isn't done yet? What if this show is intended as a massive reboot arc? What if A) everything this vid presented is merely a conjured up timeline by Q from the very beginning, and the episode The Inner Light was a built in metaphor for the entire arc? Or B) the same as A, but it's really all an internal mythology. a Hero's Journey. that the Borg employ to convert the mind to accept assimilation? What if B plays out, but then we find that even that was all part of A? Goddamn, how good are these mushrooms

Thankmyounformthe bio run down on Picard with special scenes. I apreciated this very much. The old man and O are about the same age now. When I started watching Shatners Star Trek and became devoted to the series, Shatner and I were about the same age too. it's been a long and beautiful, friendship.

I think excluding the episode where Picard is forced to live out an entire lifetime in a simulation brought on by an ancient probe was a mistake. That was a big portion of his character development. Even Star Trek Picard's opening song includes the flute as an homage.

Sorry to be a grammar Nazi but in his heart's place is a shit sentence. I think you mean in place of his heart.
Sorry to be pedantic but as a kid I learnt good English by watching media, in particular Star Trek. Too many kids don't speak good nowadays

Important note: In Measure of a Man, the scientist who wanted to study Data is BRUCE MADDOX, who plays a significant role studying/creating synthetic life forms (synths) in the new series Star Trek: Picard. Yay continuity!
