What do you guys this of Fredyis 2. 0? Is it all in ivars head and just a manifestation of his guilt since he is feeling guilty for killing her and the child? And since hes on this redemption arc? Or is she really a doppleganger or a twin or something?
If you notice her accent, when she speaks to ivar she has the same Norse accent she has when she was Freydis but when she was speakimg to hvitserk she had a very thick (kinda terrible if I may add ) rus accent.
Also, when ivar asks Hvitserk about Katja and he tells Ivar he didnt see a resemblance and tells him that he is still crazy. . but just like ivar is not very reliable in what he sees and what the audience therefore sees. Hviserk is also not a reliable narrarator as he is just coming out of a crazy drunken and drig induced haze.
So i was curious what you guys were thinking.
And where do you see the storyline going? I dont know if i trust her story about her being on Olegs brothers side. She could have been asked to tell that story to ivar about knowing he set his brother free and that she was sent by the brother to get close to oleg. I wonder if she will betray ivar causing him to kill her again. And would he even be able to kill her twice since he admitted to her that he was falling for her? Or wouls he let her kill him or get him killed? I hope he doesnt die. But i really dont know if hed be able to overthrow oleg successfully on his own. Bc the soldiers and his ppl seem to be loyal to him. But i do hope that with the brothers help they can overthrow oleg and put igor in charge aith ivar as his mentor and possible having katja as his new wife once oleg is killed but vikings isnt really know for their haooy endings so i can see ivar having to kill her for betraying him to oleg again just worse this time and then looking down at the dead body anx seeing that she doesnt look anything like freydis after all.

This show took a massive nose dive. Events have not been shocking, they have been disappointing. The title Best laid Plans explains this show's existence. The waiting a year between 10 episode blocks destroyed any momentum the show had. I'll probably still watch it when it eventually comes out because 1) I don't have anything else to do. 2) I love a good dumpster fire just like anyone else.

Im 100% sure Bjorn Ironside is still alive because he will be the king of Sweden. If he's dead then the story would be way off from historical facts and unfair since Finehair became king of all Norway which is historically accurate.

In the series rollo and lagertha have a history, and in history Ragnar had to defeat a Bear (Rollo) and a wolf (actual pet) maybe the bear he had to defeat was Rollo and it could portay itnin the series?

Surely the Floki soundtrack evidence isnt true. Floki technically did leave Iceland already to recruit more settlers from Kattegat, surely thats what the soundtrack is referring to

if Bjorn is dead, there really isn't any reason to continue watching. Ivar's not a likable character and the rest are not interesting enough to stay.
