I have read those studies about alfas in nature and you didn't understand it. In nature, it's correct, at least with WOLVES. The alfa doesn't control the others through force. But Jurassic Park is not nature, not even close. In groups of dogs and wolves forced by humans, I mean, dogs and wolves that don't know each other, the alfa through force is a real thing.
And in some animals, like lions, it's real even in their natural environment.

The entire principle is flawed. Amber does not stop decay. We have never found any dino DNA and there is nothing identifiable even on the mosquito besides it's shape. Same story so far with even 10000 year old frozen mammoths. DNA breaks down and nature did not so far reveal it had any way to preserve DNA that we know of having tried million ways to Sunday. Sorry.
