Honestly I like the Comics version of her, but the TV show is just not for me. The TV show is definitely the token version. She doesn t have any of the power set that she had in comics, this was one of the poorest mistakes they could ve made. It really shows that they re going for a racial/Jingoist message. Honestly the part that made her so relatable was that she was just a normal kid, but the fact that she gained powers made us able to see it through her eyes. Giving her a magic bracelet did nothing but turn off the audience that likes the comics and maybe even turn off newcomers from actually reading the comics. I may watch it when it all has come out, but for now it s a hard pass.

the truth it both ms marvel and captain marvel are awful. disney ruined miss marvel (carol danvers) to appease to a hateful crowd. they washed our hobby in toxic madness. and thats why we hate disney. they have done this so many times that fans no longer trust disney with anything. disney is a company that makes dreadful content for activists.
Disney walks the path of Solomon, great success, but their greed will become an abomination that will be their downfall.

Bull the reason they change her power was a budgetary one to make the cgi for an embigen power would have cost a lot for a series if you watch this power they present it looks bad but supposedly that how her powers look but to enlarge a person if you don't use a good cgi it looks bad that the real reason they change her powers

Am soooo done with all these directors, producers, CEOs, and executives taking such liberties with other's creative content, twisting it so as to call it they're own, basically destroying established continuity, confusing all histories, and ignoring stories long told, just to make a buck.
