And also Scream is heavily based on reality, Sidney is now in her late 40's she is a mother of at least two children and has been dealing with this crap for the better part of 26 years and one of her best friends and a man that was like a big brother to her Dewey was murdered by said crap, she'd be done, she'd probably move to another country, hell even out the continent to put and end to this madness at least for her and her family.
Neve Campbell will be missed but that doesn't mean we won't get a good Scream movie, if anything it opens possibilities for story telling, we will see when March 3rd comes.

Roman is almost 30 in S-3 as he says to Lance Henriksen.
Im almost 30 and im done.
So he'd been 26 in S-1996 & Billy & Stu would've been 1617. Which means they did Maureen when they were 14-15.

There are times where I see Neve Campbell's character, Sydney Prescott as the next Jamie Lee Curtis/Laurie Strode, but it will be interesting to see how this franchise can go on without her.
If Neve Campbell isn't paid fairly on the franchise then it's great she quit the Scream franchise. Maybe, Neve Campbell can make a return in a future Scream sequel if she gets the right salary pay.

Scream 3 is the last Quality-ish Movie. The Forth just threw a bunch of well-known actors together, and said make it a movie.
The Series itself has become the Stab Film Series inside the movie due to REAL Studio Greed. They're not even watchable.

Sucks that Neve won't be in it, but the new cast seems to be well experienced in the horror/thriller genre, like Jenna Ortega and Samara Weaving. Also hyped for Hayden to return tho, hope she isn't Ghost face.
