I think the young aspiring chefs disillusion with chef slowik and the industry, learning spending all that time to have slowik berate you and how head chefs or higher level chefs can be down right mean, all from the customers and critics looking to elevate themselves by breaking you down so to get to slowiks level you have to have something they want AND leave them no room, give them no opportunity to break you down, thus you and everyone in that kitchen has to be perfect it s a tortured live to have your dishes consumed unappreciative of the level of perfection or time and effort put in to get to that level. Seeing this makes people regret choices that s slowiks reason and slowiks young chefs are cutting their costs getting out and not worrying about the same mistake cause they are so depressed at this revelation so mentally broken at the truth, it seems an honor to follow slowik out.

I genuinely think that little moment of reigning his love of cooking was enough for him to want to repay it by letting her go. The only one who appreciated what could arguably be the food he enjoyed the most to prepare. The one who saw through his bluster and knew how hate filled every other dish was. I think that meant something to him.

It was a fairly simple movie to understand. Wasn't really the mathematics of quantum mechanics. Does Looper have some extremely dumb people working there who fail to comprehend even the simplest of stories?
